फरीदाबाद।। ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में हूडा व बिल्डरों की मनमानी से परेशान ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद वेलफेयर असोसिएशन ने हूडा के खिलाफ हाईकोर्ट में केस कर दिया है। 16 अगस्त को पहली सुनवाई भी हो गई है। अब अगली सुनाई अगले महीने की 9 तारीख को होगी। ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद वेलफेयर असोसिएशन ने हूडा पर ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में ईडीसी (एक्सर्टनल डिवेलपमेंट चार्ज) बढ़ाने और ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में डिवेलपमेंट न करने को लेकर हाईकोर्ट में केस डाला है।

नहर पार लगभग 2500 एकड़ जमीन पर प्राइवेट बिल्डर डिवेलपमेंट कर रहे हैं। करीब 11 बिल्डरों ने अपने हाउसिंग प्रोजेक्ट शुरू किए हुए हैं। यहां हजारों लोगों ने 2006 में इनवेस्ट किया था। लेकिन हूडा ने यहां पर अभी किसी भी प्रकार का डिवलेपमेंट नहीं कराया है। लोगों ने कई बार धरने-प्रदर्शन भी किए, फिर भी उन्हें घर नहीं मिल पा रहा है। ऊपर से इन लोगों से दोबारा बढ़ा हुआ ईडीसी भी मांगा जा रहा है।

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद बेलफेयर असोसिएशन के सदस्य अजय यादव ने बताया कि जिस समय हमने यहां ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में घर बुक कराया था, उस समय हमसे 150 रुपये स्कवायर फुट के हिसाब से ईडीसी चार्ज किया गया था। अब हमसे दोबारा 140 रुपये प्रति स्क्वायर फुट के हिसाब से ईडीसी मांगा जा रहा है। अभी तक ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में कोई डिवेलपमेंट नहीं हुआ है, लेकिन फिर भी हमसे दो-दो बार ईडीसी वसूला जा रहा है। इसके लिए हम लोगों ने हाई कोर्ट में हूडा के खिलाफ केस फाइल किया है। ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद वेलफेयर असोसिएशन ने जुलाई के अंतिम सप्ताह में यह केस फाइल किया था।

It is suggested that all Faridabad associations should unite and get the ball rolling through court.. Experience tells courts are faster than HUDA (Haryana Under Development Authority) . Hope you will agree...

I spoke to the Omaxe customare care yesterday regarding the increased EDC notice on my flat in Spa Village, and was told to ignore the email notice that I got earlier. Apparantly it is being recosidered with HUDA, and soon another notice with the updated increment will be sent. The lady at the customer care thinks it could be on the higher side that the previously sent out increased price.
When asked about the development for the already paid EDC, as expected they had no good response!!!

Instructions to State Govt./HUDA/DTCP for giving possession to apartment owners without depositing increased EDC.

Next date of hearing is on 1st November, 2011.

Govt has made definations of poor as per his Convenieance to generate vote. Politicians are supporting those, who is already by taking compentations.

Who is poor in NCR

Farmers :

Resisending House : Yes

Owning Vehicals : Hond City/Corrola/Scorpio/Safari

Bank Balance & Deposits : More than 20 Lacs

Tax : Not payinng

Final Consumar of Flats

Residencial House : No ( Paying rent every month alongwith EMI)

Owning Vehicals : Aulto/Indica/WaganR/Swift

Tax : Yes Paying via TDS on salary

Bank Balance & Deposits : 1-5 Lacs (even for EDC and increase amount of builder, they are running piller to post for loan enhancement )

This is the realilty.

Hi !

While I understand court has given at least some verval relief for those who are going to get possession soon, I am not clear what is required to be done in case of RPS where possession is not in sight but enhanced EDC has now become due with penalty. What is GFWA's advice to RPS sufferers ...to pay now or wait till some resolution is made ?

for instance, lets assume that we pay this increased EDC and if finaly court decided case in our favour than we can adjust this amount from our up comming instalments/registration cost.
