Honorary award to GFWA Member

We are pleased to announce that one of our core members Mr. A.K. Gaur has received an honorary award from UK govt.

He was working on a project with one of a young entrepreneur of Faridabad who developed a product with management and technical guidance of Mr A K Gaur. His product was declared, “MOST INNOVATIVE PRODUCT OF THE WORLD" by a UK based agency headed by Price Charles. He was awarded the prize and honored by various Govt. Agencies and NGO's worldwide.

Mr. Gaur has now been chosen for the award of best mentor of the year in UK by a trust headed by Price Charles. Please see attached one ET cutting of last year.

I wrote a mail to RPS for extension towards payment of EDC. Please find below
the response.

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to your e-mail dated 21/08/2011.

We also expect positive outcome of efforts made by association of customers as
well as developers. However in the absence of any confirmed decision/ order,
payment of statutory dues cannot be postponed indefinitely.


Since we are deposit the dues within specified time, we expect timely payment
from our customers. In case you are not feeling comfortable in making payment
within due dates, you may clear your dues as per your convenience subject to
applicable delayed payment charges as per govt. norms.

Secondly - regarding reply recd from RPS to Mr Ravindra.

RPS is not granting extension of time for EDC payment. The due date is 1st Sept . They will charge 18% interest for payment made beyond this date. We all RPS members should have uniform decision - whether pay or not .
Please decide and inform.
