Hello All,

I am Jayanta. I have booked a 2+1 apartment in Tower 8 (Bayberry).

I strongly believe that internet is the most effective means of communication in this era. I thought of initiating this forum as a platform for all the SAVANA owners to share ideas, experiences and concerns regarding the SAVANA project. As the project completion time approaches, I hope that this forum will evolve and go a long way to create a world class society.

This forum is my personal initiative and I am not authorized to represent the Savana community neither have I been appointed as an official member to represent the community. We do not have any source to any official information from the RPS Group. This forum has been created as a platform for all members of the RPS Savana society to interact with each other regarding the project. This is a private and non-profit community and is not affiliated/sponsored by the RPS Group or any other organization. All the views and opinions expressed in this forum are personal views/opinions of the forum members and should not taken as official representation.

I sincerely urge all owners to actively participate in this forum and keep it alive.

I am having flat in Bluebeach-4.

Good to see this kind of intiative taken by the group. Its altogether a very different and will lead to exchange of valuable information among members.

From long time as a stakeholder of the group wanted to have someone well authorised and right source to address queries I have, thanks for making this possible.

I have a query - Currently if you have to visit the site, one has to pass through a village and narrow lanes, do we have any plan for make better approach to the site as this make a lot of difference. Also incase we have a plan when is that expected to be implemented.

Thanks for registering and welcome to the forum.

Even though I have started this community, this is my own personal initiative and I do not have any source to any official information from the RPS Group nor am I authorized to represent the Savana community. I am just a regular prospective owner. As you said, this forum will help in members share important information about Savana.

About the road leading to the site, when I visited the site in Feb, I was told by the RPS staff that there are plans to make the road wider and work would soon begin, and should have started by now.

I came across this site while googling for updates for Savana... and from the look and feel I initially thought this is from Savana official site and was wondering why didnt RPS team informed by mail about this site and raised awareness/market the site

After reading through the posts, I have a clarity now ..

Welcome to the community. Great to have more members joining in. As this is a personal initiative, I haven't been able to create much awareness or publicity for the website apart from listing the website on seach engines. But I am sure that people will find their way here from the internet just as you have, or through word of mouth.

Indeed its a great initative from your end to bring the future resident of RPS savana to interact on a single platform.

This is one of the steeping stone to make SAVANA a model group housing society in future.

I found this while googling on updates on RPS SAVANA, any way lets work together to make SAVANA liveable by end of 2010 by ensuring that all the infrastructure are in place.

Its so nice to meet our neighbours in the virtual world.!!!

I have visited the site once and their sample flat was quite impressive.
Plus RPS has the best floor layout plans which forced me to opt for them.
