Demand Letter of increased EDC from SRS even after taking possession

so the buider is cheating everybody in the name of EDC ! The administration is also an equal culprit. Does our DTP not know about the EDC demand letters of these builders. This cheating should be strongly discussed in the next scheduled meeting with DC Mr Praveen Kumar who is really trying hard to do some good work in Faridabad.

Action plan
1. As per DTP suggestion, we should formally put complain to DGTCP, Chandigarh and also meet in person to Mr. T.C. Gupta(Director general,Town & Country Planning, Haryana) and if required Mr Sh. S.S.DhillonFC &PS to Govt., Haryana,
Town & Country Planning Department
Urban Estates Department
Haryana.

2. Volunteers required to go to Chandigarh on any working day based on confirmed appointment, Please send consent on mail.
I would request Kulbhushan, Chhabrajee to must part of this delegation as they have depth understanding on matters.

Thanks Kulbhushan for your calculations on EDC and your visit to DTCP office.

My suggestion is that we should go to DTCP-Faridabad rather than approaching Chandigarh as suggested by sanjeev mann , DTP. He is only shifting his responsibility knowing very well that thrust of the group will reduce if the group approaches Chandigarh office.

We should fix an appointment with DTCP head in FBD go there in large numbers submit a written complaint against builder for charging erroneous amounts on EDC and ask DTCP to intervene and fix the rates payable by themselves rather leaving it on builders as this is the money collected by them builder is only a medium . Builders are just out of greed raising false claims.

We should ask DTP-FBD to forward our letter to his HO to DG-DTCP with his recommendations.
I think we should keep this gentlemen -DTP-in our loop rathjer than freeeing him totally by approaching DTCP-Chandigarh directly.

I totally agree with the suggestion of Mr Vikas. We should put pressure on Mr. Sanjeev Mann and make him take some action. It is his prime responsibilty to watch the builder activity in Faridabad. Everyone knows that he has not taken a sigle action in favour of us.
