I guess the context here is - in term of using your builder project name for a website/google/yahoo group.

Jayanta had initially created a website for RPS Savana members, which was titled rps-savana.co.in, This was objected by the builder and he slapped a legal notice on us, That proved to be a boon , leading to MyFaridabad.in which is a common platform for all projects in Neharpar.

I second Rajat opinion that, It would be preferable to have people come together under one umbrella as myfaridabad.in and share inputs, The knowledge sharing among various projects will help us all.

Dear Rajat

Ms. Seema Joshi answred the reason claerly of your question asked to me.

We should not open any yahoo group on the name of any project which is the trade mark of builder. Instead, we should open yahoo group like "Ozone Park Residents Welfare Association (OPRWA)" or "Ozone Park Buyers Association" etc.

Yahoo Group on the name of second one I opened two year before. If you think you can carry on it otherwise the yahoo group on the name of first one(OPRWA) will be more preferable. This is my openion. As this is the begening, it can be started otherwise all have to be shifted afterward.

Any way this is up to you how do you want to proceed. I will be with you always.
