Meeting with HUDA Administrator on 30th Sept'11 (Friday) 3PM

Dear All,

After long follow up, new HUDA administrator Fixed up the Meeting with GFWA members on 30th Sept'11 at 3PM.
As per HUDA administrator's PA, he also called DTP and SE for that meeting to understand the development related issues in Gr. Faridabad area.

Meeting will be held at Sec-75 and from there HUDA and GFWA team will visit the complete Greater Faridabad area
(Sec-75 to 89) to check the reality.

Team GFWA will brief HUDA administrator about the issues across the Greater Faridabad Sectors and negligence from Govt. authority for the Development of that area.
Also, we will put forward our demands to HUDA administrator.

Meeting Agenda: Neglect of development work in Faridabad Sectors 75 – 89

Meeting Date : 30th Sept'11
Time : 3 PM
Venue : Sec-75, Gr. FBD

Note : We are not taking up any Builder related issues in this meeting, so pls discuss issue related to development only.

So you are requested to pls join that meeting to discuss the issues related to development of Greater Faridabad.

Hi Vinay,

Today, We will get clarification about the Venue from HUDA office.

But as per earlier information from HUDA Front Office, it is at Sec-75.

Our member will visit HUDA office to get clarification on the same.

I will update the same on Forum.

Hi all,

We need to reach HUDA office before 2.45PM . as at that time (2.45PM) First we will meet DTP-Mr Sanjeev Maan
and then with him we will go to HUDA administrator office.

From there we all will move to visit Greater Faridabad area.

till now, i have not received any confirmation, who are coming for that meeting.

There were an number of posts on the Forum that Govt is not doing this or that for greater Faridabad area development. But when it comes to show our strength we are not coming forward.

Anyway, I will wait there for members to come to show strength and to raise voice against the Govt. for neglecting the Gr. FBD area.

Dear Sir,
I will be coming for the meeting.
I also came for the last meeting held with DC in which at the last moment the venue was changed and we were not allowed to attend the meeting because of the limited sitting arrangement, and MR. DC informed that the representatives from each projects are here... so no need to attend for the rest of the people.

My suggestion is Executive members of each project should be available in this meeting.

Dear All,

This is totally unacceptable that HUDA officers are asking 3 more years to develop that Area.

What they have done for last 5 years?
what they have done with our money (EDC)?
The activities which they started now, why not started earlier.. i.e in 2008 or 2009. while we already paid development charges.

==> I suggested to HUDA administrator and DTP, that we can pay enhanced EDC, if justified, directly to Govt. not to builder, Why builders are coming in the Picture.
On the same DTP replied that you few peoples are saying this, what about others???

In Nutshell...DC and HUDA administrator shown their real face and they are least bothered about our concerned.

We are planning "BIG PROTEST" in the coming month of Nov'11 and that will be for at least 2 to 3 days...
Date and details will be updated on Forum.
We would be required some volunteers to lead the Protest and to make arrangements.

Dear Ajay,

i am with you in your efforts against this shameless agency called HUDA. It is surprising that HUDA is very active to listen to the farmers demand, to help the Jhuggi Dwellers in their growth, to help the land grabbers but very very sleepish when it comes to work for the taxpaying and discplined people like us. We should now tell HUDA in clear words that if they can not do work in Neharpar then the EDC money collected from us should be given back to GFWA and we shall make this place a living heaven in six months flat ! Because precisely this is the time required for completion of all the pending HUDA activities in Neharpar area if sincere efforts are put immediately.
Let this challenge from GFWA be posted in Newspapers. Time has come now to take this agency Head On !

i think main culprit may be the other "hooda" who is spending our EDC on his constituencies .. rohtak/sonepat etc.
