Minutes of Meeting with HUDA Administrator Faridabad

We went with an agenda of getting some definite deadlines for completion of external development works in Sectors 75-89, Faridabad by HUDA. HUDA administrator, Shri. D. Suresh (hereafter, referred to He only) looked very approachable and we all 9 people were allowed to talk. Room was quite big and we were accommodated easily with some people sitting at front and some at back. We introduced ourselves and meeting began. Please find attached minutes of meeting and letter we submitted. Meeting lasted for 35 minutes.

If I draw my conclusion after this meeting, HUDA did not give any definite deadlines or plans either for development of new sectors or for doing connectivity to NOIDA. When pushed, it tried to deflect blame on DTCP and Builders.

This is really sad, our hopes are shattered. If this is the status, we have little hope that something concrete will emerge in next 1 year ad we are all aware how these Deptt's work.
I feel we need to change our strategy and take a more aggressive stand.

I agree, we need to be aggressive. Both in the meetings and in the offices of these corrupt/inefficient officials. Who they think they are? What purpose are they serving? They should be reminded about the porpose of their position.

They have made most of us beggers. It has become difficult to tolerate. I feel the way we exist is decided by these corrupt officials and still we call it a civilised society.

If we are to live with dignity we will soon have to tame these corrupt officials and make them wotk the way a civilised society should. Otherwise, the comming generations will have hell to deal with.

Please forward your suggestions as to what legal action can be taken against each of the high ranking officials. I am willing to initiate a legal action against HUDA and associated Govt dept. officials on my own expenses. Hence, request you to please help me with vital information and steps involved. I have won cases in the past against companies and am fully confident that if we act appropriately no one can make our world a HELL.

The discussion above refers to meeting and letters dated oct 2010. Are all above the old status or its mistake of putting the wrong dates. Even different members have signed on the letter on sep-2010.

Any body can explain?

We wouldnt take their words that development will be completed in next 3 years.They will say same thing again after 3 years.

Request to all to gather and demostrate the unity to shacke their ego.
