Re: Meeting with Builders and Investors - Final version

Postby gauravarora » Thu Oct 13, 2011 5:56 pm

Dear Ajay,

As there are too many messages going up and down, so please upload a final version and also the addresses where this has to be sent in one final message. Using this message, people can start sending these letters tomorrow, so that by Monday these letters reach / bombard the respective departments.

My personal opinion is that the format which you have ammended and posted is fine and we should move ahead with it without spending much time on it because the purpose is to send a letter and create some impact / pressure to wake / shake them up and we all know that whatever is written in this letter is a known fact to all these shameful authorities.

Regards,
Gaurav

Dear All,

An open appeal to CM & concern Authorities through a leading english/hindi daily on front page would leave gr8 impact & also spread awareness in public which are not currently aware about the situation.

Dear Team: Kindly explore if we can do some thing on this front.

Ready to contribute more for this.

Rgds

Ajay.

I like this approach. A open appeal in all major national news papers will be most effective.

I too think, this strategy will force Cong, HUDA and builders to focus on Gr Fbd development. While are money is at stake their business is also will take a hit.
I support this totally.

Dear Guys,
My campaign of sending the letters to CM on daily basis is on and I will keep sending it but I did not find any post where others are also doing the same.

The main purpose of the this thread was to send the letters but I beleive, this issue is being ingnored but "Main Haar Nahi manoga aur karta jaonga".

Today I saw newspaper and found the rates of 2/3 BHK in noida is approx 45 Lakhs for newly luanched property. But are we getting the same price on the ready to move flats.

Friends our one movement may change the luck of the Faridabad and who knows, GF may become the hot topic in the politics of Haryana and upcoming generations will take the examples of this movement.

So request you to not to delay the sending letters and pound the CM office with complaints.

Why and for what we are waiting. Indeed we r also not better than Govt. of haryana because we are not doing what we should do .PROTEST and Marches and legal proceedings r the only ways to move this govt. If we r going to do some legal and strong measure than every body will come forward .

This is in reference to the concern shown by most of the members that the
issues related to delayed development should be taken up to the media.

I have a friend in the field with whom I had discussed the issue. He has
been helpful & has extended the support. He has assigned a person with whom
we can take up our issues. I wanted him to meet the core members so that
they can update him with all the happenings & concerns so that accordingly
that can be taken forward.

Sorry I dont have the concern no. so putting up this message here. Please get in touch with me
asap at My mobile: 81305-22225.

Awaiting call from you.

Dear Vicky,
This is a good effort from your side. We can also think of sending a press note to editors of all major dailies. Pl get in touch with Ajay Yadav 9811354474 ( he is part of core team) to take discussions forward. He should connect with all concerned.
Let the group be updated on any progress/help, we are all sailing on the same boat.

Hello

I am convinced with the idea of mailing to the editors of all national english and Hindi dailies.. this would guarantee a very good coverage..
Actually, I have experienced this in an earlier case wherein the editors push the local correspondents to catch up on the real story and then publish it again and again.. as well as in the editorials
it is a wonderful opportunity and cannot skip the eyes of the administration and the ruling party honchos. this might also spark a bit of interest from opposition groups

Cheers
