May we have a draft copy of yours so that we could have a look at it and finalize our common response and send it across to Puri.

I guess we (all puri customers) should send an individual letter to Puri and get all our answers related to increased EDC. I am not a legal expert here nevertheless we should try our best to make sure that builder is playing fair with us.

2.Breakdown of EDC Rise
3.Defer date of paying agreed amount of EDC if Court rejects the petition until ending December, 2011.
