A VERY TOUCHING BUT TRUE COMMENT..

We are under a tremendous amount of pressure of paying monthly EMI's & hefty house rent every month, at the end of month we are left with no saving at all...it has taken away the freedom to make decision and think Freely....we are living with this pressure everyday thinking that one day we will get our House With Basic amenities...and thinking like that has Convinced most of us to continue paying EMI's and that has led to where we are today.

Even after 5 years of investments in Greater Faridabad i still have no clue on how many more years before my house ready. Going by the speed of construction progress /On-going Land disputes / HUDA response in our interaction with them, we do not see anything happening in GF at least for another 5 years or so.

Interaction with builder is highly untrustworthy, irresponsible. The project had been delayed for more than 2 years with the possibility of extending for another 5 years.

In the meantime, cost keeps increasing due to an increase in EDC /IDC or Govt included building construction in the preview of service tax. The builders have taken no responsibility towards the delay or increase in payment or even the compensation. Govt / Builders doesn’t seems understand that while we customers understand recession and make adjustments to the delay and price hike they haven't made any concessions or taken any responsibility from their side.

HUDA / Builders seems to have no interest in resolving the matter. They just want to find out reasons get more & more money from investors with hefty interest. We are trapped between two evils (Govt & Builders)

If i could go back in time and change one past action. Buying house in Faridabad would be it.

HUDA and government should take immediate steps to bring the masterplan back to track. Faridabad is far far behind the development that is happening in Gurgaon, noida, noida ext, ghaziabad. This needs to end now...lets unite and raise our voice.

areas other than Faridabad like sonepat, rohtak have spent more edc than Faridabad and still edc has been increased..

Hi there...We are currently out of india,and couldnot support this protest physically BUT we are always with the people who are making it a success.....Great work!!! If something can be done online or through the phone, i am always there. I just want to say one thing to all the CONCERNED OFFICIALS,whether its Hon'ble Court ...We are indian citizens residing far away must not meant to be the people with more money as we are working hard here to earn money ,so that we could buy a house for our future security. When you all are together with all of your families and friends ,we are ALONE here celebrating this festival...just rememebring our mates.This is only to earn some money and to have a safe future for us and for our kids....How can some one ruin this effort???

Does government listen only when there is Vote Bank or caste politics?If we would have Farmers, if we would have Dalit our problems would have been addressed in single day with strong commitment from government/administration.Our crime is only one-we are service class Tax Payers and we dreamed in day to have own house in NCR and did not mind to pay EMI for 20-25 years even when home loan interest rate is at peak in Mr " Economist" Prime Minister tenure where every kids know government formaule to control inflation increase Repo rate by .25 !!Shame on UPA II and Harayana govt who is looting our money in banner of HUDA and EDC..

so very true.. only we now wait for some foreign adminstrator to come and teach us how to manage this land of bounty. These politicians can thing only for their own self.. Eye opening statements about the Prime Minister and the state of the economy..
