Hi everyone.

I am also joining the protest on 13th. Pl. confirm the time & place where we all should assemble. Also, I have a submission regarding the orientation of the protest. Let's have clarity on this issue that we will have focussed & exclusive protests, separately against the Govt. authorities & Builders. If we protest against both at the same time, both of them are going to raise fingers against each other & put blame on other party. If the Govt. does its part (which they have totally failed to do), we can certainly force the builders to their part. In any case, with the overall development of Gr. Fbd., the rates of flats will automatically go up. Builders will find it easy to dispose off their left over inventory & complete the project at the earliest. Most of the projects in that area are 50 to 90% complete, whereas development is 0%. So I feel that let's have this protest exclusively against the Govt. & then plan protests against builders at a later stage. Open to suggestions.

Yes you are right,this time our protest is only for DEVELOPMENT and against HUDA and Dist Administration,no builder specific issues..

EDC money either enjoyed by Builders for buying land for new project, asking for 24% intrest if delayed or being used in CM's constituency Rohtak to please the voters.

As far as rule book of HUDA goes if any builder is delaying depositing the EDC the intrest rate charged is 9 to 14 %, whereas builder is asking for 24%, where the gap is going ???????????

Flat owner's are not the voters, so HUDA and HUDDA, both are least bothered for their cause, no matter how many thousand crores government has collected on name of so called EDC. yes to satisfy their additional hunger they have increased it.

how long they can delay the development - posession, by 2014 poll an estimated 15 - 20 thousand voters( 7-8 thousand families) would already start living neharpar, no matter infrastructure is in place or not ( Forced by Rent and EMI pressure)

Local Politician should not forget that the victory margin in HISAR were less than 5000 votes, and above mentioned vote 20K can surely change their fate.

They must also join hand and fight for our cause.

This time our total focuses on Development only. In our all communication to Media, Govt offices or any other, we are not going to use any single word related to builder.

So all you are requested to pls avoid using "Builder" word in your communication related to this protest.

Our Aim is to teach lesson to Haryana Government and District Administration, for not carrying their duties for the development of Greater Faridabad.

If they have done their work on time, it would be easy for all of us to Fight against Builders.

Examples of Govt. Failures;
1. Budget for All (52KM) Master Road was 275Cr in 2008, while it increased to 412Cr for only 32KM.
(Step rise in cost)
2. Bridges over Agra Canal was taken into consideration in 2007 and that time Budget for one Bridge was 4Cr.Which now increased to 15Cr. And moreover still Budget not sent for approval.
3. Water supply, Strom Water, Sewerage service was planned in 2007-08. But Still Survey and planning is going on for these services.
4. Land acquisition Award was giving in 2008 and HQ-HUDA/T&CP issued Orders to HUDA/DTP- FBD to take physical possession after that. But due to laziness of HUDA and DTP office. Still possession not taken for master/sector roads.
Now farmers are asking more compensation...so don't know when this issue will settle down.
5. Many illegal construction made in the way to Master /Sector roads by local residents, due to there are many changes in alignment of roads.
Yesterday, I visited that area and seen that more and more local residents are making small houses and shops on their land. Also, they have started farming for next session. So again they will not vacant their land till April-may of next year.
Govt. is saying that it would take 3years for the development of 32KM master Roads..

Now questions is; If master Roads (only 32KM) come into existence after 3yreas, can you use those master roads.
Again you need to use Kheri Bridge to cross the Agra Canal. So imagine the traffic condition when more and more peoples will shift there.

So at the time of Master road work, we need bridges on Agra Canal also and other Services, otherwise it is meaningless.

So 3 years for master roads, next 2 years for bridge. Then next three years for remaining 20KM and 2 years for more bridges.

Keeping the speed of HUDA officials and Haryana Govt, efficiency in view, it will take at least 10years from now to develop that area. Provided work Starts now.Rest all you can think…

Dear Ajay & core team members,
Pl. don't wait for replies , move ahead , persons may not leave this opportunity,as all of us have put their HARD EARNED money for having a HOME . Moreover 13/11/2011 is the sunday & all of us may devote the time for this cause. It w'll be most pathetic aspect for this struggle if we fail to stand together.

I hereby promise to attend this protest leaving all important work aside bcz this cause is MOST IMPORTANT.
The same - I REQUEST EVERY FLAT HOLDER OF GR8ER FARIRADABAD otherwise no one will bother about us !!!!!

Dear Guys,
Today I saw some news in the newpaper that Faridabad Nigam requested to CM (Mr. Hooda) to approve 400 crores for the renovation / developement of the Faridabad city but CM approved only 60-70 crores and suggested them to increase the revenue by creating new resoruces. Means, CM is not interested in giving the money for the Faridabad area whereas Faridabad plays an imporatant role in generating the revenue for the Govt.

Thats means, it is an political issue other Faridabad was one of most developed city of the country 25 years ago but the current situation is entirely different. I had gone to Greater Noida to see the F1 and found that there are roads, seweage system, storm water drainage system and other basic amenties. Means when builders will start the making the building then the all the infra will be ready in advance before the people will start living there but in Faridabad, it is totally reverse.

Buildings are ready to move but basic infra is missing. Therefore a strong mass protest is required to push the Govt. otherwise, as Ajay said that you have to wait for another 10 years.

So make it now or be ready for the next 10 years......

फरीदाबाद।। आशियाना पाने का इंतजार कर रहे ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद वेलफेयर असोसिएशन ( जीएफडब्ल्यूए ) के लोग प्रशासन और सरकार के रवैये से परेशान हो चुके हैं। उन्होंने प्रशासन के खिलाफ नए तरीके से प्रदर्शन करने की तैयारी शुरू कर दी है।

उनका कहना है कि प्रशासन और सरकार ने हमें जोकर बना दिया है। कभी हमें इधर भगाते हैं , तो कभी उधर। अब हम सभी जोकर बनकर जुलूस निकालेंगे और डीसी व हूडा कार्यालय के साथ एमपी रेस्ट हाउस पर प्रदर्शन करेंगे। उधर , नवनियुक्त हूडा प्रशासक और डीसी दोनों ही मंगलवार को जॉइन करेंगे , लिहाजा दोनों में से कोई भी इस संबंध में कुछ भी कहने के लिए उपलब्ध नहीं हो सके।

जोकर बनकर करेंगे प्रदर्शन
असोसिएशन के सदस्य अजय यादव ने बताया कि हमने कई बार प्रदर्शन किया , पर कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ। हमारी स्थिति जोकर जैसी हो गई है। इसलिए हमने जोकर बनकर ही प्रदर्शन करने का फैसला किया है। उन्होंने बताया कि हम सभी 13 नवंबर को बीपीटीपी पुल पर जमा होंगे और वहां से बाईपास से होते हुए सेक्टर -16 स्थित सांसद के रेस्ट हाउस तक जाएंगे। वहां से नैशनल हाइवे होते हुए सेक्टर -15 ए स्थित हूडा प्रशासक और डीसी के घर जाएंगे और प्रदर्शन करेंगे। इस दौरान हम जोकर की टोपी और कपड़े पहनेंगे और मास्क लगाएंगे।

शुरू किया लोगों को जुटाना
यादव ने बताया कि यह हमारा अब तक का सबसे बड़ा प्रदर्शन होगा। इसमें 500 से 600 लोगों के हिस्सा लेने की संभावना है। इसके लिए हमने ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में अपना घर बनाने का सपना देखने वाले लोगों को इकट्ठा करना शुरू कर दिया है। हम लोगों को एसएमएस कर रहे हैं और मेल कर इकट्ठा होने के संदेश भेज रहे हैं। 13 नवंबर को सभी लोग अपने परिवार के साथ प्रदर्शन में शामिल होंगे।

क्या है पूरा मामला
ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में लगभग 7500 एकड़ में डिवेलपमेंट हो रहा है। इसमें से 2500 एकड़ पर प्राइवेट बिल्डर डिवेलपमेंट कर रहे हैं। इन हाउसिंग प्रोजेक्टों में एनसीआर के हजारों लोगों ने अपना घर बनाने का सपना देखते हुए साल 2006 में बुकिंग करा दी थी। उस समय बिल्डर साल 2009 तक पजेशन देने की बात कह रहे थे। लेकिन 5 साल हो गए हैं , अभी तक ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में कोई डिवेलपमेंट नहीं हुआ है , जबकि 2011 तक यह प्लान पूरा हो जाना चाहिए था।
