Regarding the Park ELITE FLOORS DEMAND due to increase of area, and EDC/IDC, has any one taken any LEGAL ACTION yet.

If yes, please share the details, as I would also wish to be a part of the legal battle against BPTP.

illegal demand of bptp

Postby rajan » Wed Nov 23, 2011 7:51 pm

thaks akhilji/ legal team
i would request the legal team of association to react to this also as this may strenthen our case of EDC.the point which i am trying to raise is that the expenditure on 220 kv sub tation &swerage disposal plant is eather the part of EDC or that of builder there appears that the two agencies are in conivence on these point.
i ca n discuss in details with legal team as to how this will strenthen our case in high court.

demand by bptp for 220kv station is totally unreasonable, bptp thinks that all customers have alredy paid good amount towards their flats etc. and now if they dont pay further they will charge interest & somehow pressurise them to meet their illegal demands, if they r delivering their flats late then they dont want to pay penalty but if we pay late interest is @24%,which is on very high end.bptp thinks they can make their own rules as there is no agency to control them.

BPTP had to scrap its plan due to stock market condition. Now it is raising the money through its existing customers.

Hi Greetings

Just repeating my post about EDC/IDC increase by BPTP

Hi

May I Kindly know what have been the outcomes of earlier meetings with BPTP?? Has anybody received any "Material Response" to email to customer care of BPTP??

Also, for those who want to take alternate route at securing your investments a few links just to keep you aware

Article (Paid Possibly) on faridabad in ET. Only builder mentioned in the article is BPTP, so any bodies guess
http://www.indianrealestateforum.com/fa ... 22513.html

This seems to be a prelude to an ensuing IPO by BPTP which now is shelved for a while due to sluggish stock market.

Those needing "Published Information" may be able to get now from SEBI. This would be helpful for those in favour of pursing alternated methods and/or CCI

Another thought is that all companies are supposed to get their offer documents vetted by SEBI. This needs to show all legal cases against the company and status along with status of projects.. its right time to negotiate with this company. Relevant information can be obtained from SEBIs website.

I am quiet sure that this forum provides an excellent opportunity to publish our frustration. To derive any material results, from past experience it is always a better idea to get together and take a legal fight against the erring builders.

Take Care

Friends @ BPTP ParkLand,
There are lots of mails going on regarding the enhanced EDC and STP/ Electric Sub Station (ESS) charges from BPTP.

For the same, one of our member Mr. Umesh yesterday visited HUDA office and enquired on the same issues.

He meets Mr T.D. Chopra (Superintending Engineer-HUDA FBD) and Mr. Chopra told him that STP and Electric Sub-Station charges are included in EDC services and HUDA is making those.

He said he(T.D> Chopra) is not able to understand why BPTP is charging in the name of STP and Electric Sub Station.
It is purely HUDA responsibility. and for internal connection they are charging Utility Connection charges and IDC.
Then why separate charges for STP and ESS.

So Friends, it is clear cut case of fraud and BPTP is cheating customers because we are not united.

Why not Parkland allotte make a plan to Visit HUDA administrator and DC office on any working day between 11AM to 12PM.
and Submit written complaint against the BPTP for this kind of big fraud.
After that even peoples can lodge FIR against the BPTP.

On the Forum we have more than 100 members from Parkland (Plots), but only 3 or 4 peoples are active on this topic.

So you all requested to pls meet once and plan next course of action against the BPTP else donate money to BPTP.

Special thanks to Umesh Ji for his regular Follow up with T.D. Chopra.

Note : regarding the EDC services across Gr. FBD there is not progress from HUDA or DC office.

we would be updating the next course of action very soon.

Dear all BPTP affected,

Going to any DC/ other bureaucrat will not solve the issue. They are reportedly "fed" by the builders and each such posting is sold in the market. this is not a secret and i don't need to highlight this. Running to them in one or twos or in groups will not solve issues. And we unfortunately are not shameless enough to deal with them politically and burn a few buses or do rasta rokos/ break into offices and get arrested.

If there is a clear breach and cheating by BPTP, we need to come together and fight it out. And we need to do this together - through a good lawyer. No other will help us. Each can contribute some amount. It is better to spend Rs.5000-10,000 per person for our own selfish needs - rather than give 4-5-9 lakhs to them. GFWA can only support us in general, but this fight is specific.

I have with great difficulty paid Rs.4.5 lakh to them as enhanced EDC, and I want my money back from them or HUDA or any other %$#@&%.

All BPTP affected people need to come together - not one project. They ARE cheating all of us, not only one project.

Regards,

Additionally, let us sit in our offices, homes, foreign locations - where we each have a job to do. And families to take care of.

If there is a serious data collection and legal case (we contribute money for the same), BPTP/ HUDA/ %$@#@% will have lots to answer for.

Dear All,

I have not received the letter from BPTP as of now for the increased charges. For all those members, who have received the letters for BPTP Parklands plots, if possible then couple of letters can be shared so that we can make a covering letter and submit a complaint in DC office against BPTP.

Letters can either be posted here or emailed to individual email ids of chosen members.

Friends.
Hi.
As confirmed by the HUDA officials that STP n Electric Sub Station is provided by the HUDA only for which they have charged an amount as EDC.
it seems that bptp has been demanding, from the plot holders, an amount so as to form STP n Sub Station is absolutely uncalled for n bptp deserves a befitting reply from the owners.
The time has come for all the bptp customers, from all projects, unite themselves n display a great amount of strength in the office of bptp n dissolve their arrogance.
It is only possible once we meet with other n resolve to have a crusade against all the excesses of bptp.
