Dear All,

In order to communicate with all the Princess Park Flat Buyers, we have created a seperate Email ID in order to track the Emails.

Because, there are lots of Emails coming on MyFaridabad.in, sometimes, mails remain unread.

So, in order to be in touch with all the Members, we have created this Email ID.

Further, views of all the members are sought on the next course of action.

As you remember, in the last meeting with BPTP in Gurgaon, BPTP has told that they will Offer the Possession by October end or November 15, 2011. However, I think no one has received the said Offer.

Further, in Grandeura, BPTP has come out with a New Idea of Offering "Interim Possession" asking people to give Affidavit and Indeminity and demanding Final Payment, Maintainence Charges and Many more charges.

Friends, we are also on the same boat, and is expected to receive same kind of Demands from BPTP.

The Enhanced EDC was not the last of its kind.

So, we would like to solicit your views, how to go about.

Or We can also meet on December 10 or or 11, Sunday, instead of December 4, 2011. As Pankaj earlier started a Mail.

Please share your views, on the basis of which I along with Pankaj also discuss the Legal Options availaible with us with some Lawyer and share with the group.
