I would like to request all the members who are not yet registered members of GFWA to consider registering themselves with the association. It helps solve two-fold purposes, It helps bring more and more people under the umbrella organization, and second help us gather some corpus which we use for various events and activities. With the ongoing legal case and protest march, we are quite short of funds for planning any future event/activity.

We would urge all non-members to become a member today and get the "Proud to be a GFWA member Certificate" on your name

Membership to GFWA is voluntary, and is highly encouraged.

I have made an Online payment (NEFT) for 500/- in favour of GFWA as per the process mentioned.
After that when I tried to fill the registration form, I got the below error

JoomSEF Error - Could not save the SEF URL to database (Error screen is also attached).

Although I got the form details in my registered mail box!!

Do I need to fill the registration form again?

Yes we have received your form.

We are working to resolve the error.

Would request all non-GFWA members to contribute and signup for GFWA membership as we will require major funds for any future activities.

A substantial amount of GFWA funds were spent during the 13th November protest and we require more contribution from members to ensure we sustain the activities and do not break down in between due to shortage of funds.

All payment details are mentioned on the first post of this topic. After making payment, please allow us 1~2 weeks time to send payment confirmations as we need to manually reconcile payments which is usually done on weekends by us since we do not have any dedicated staff. However your status as GFWA member is updated in 1-2 days time.

Please remember to submit the online form after making payment which is mandatory.

I have contributed another 500/- yesterday but did not fill form again. I guess it is not needed. I will keep on depositing until the fight is not over :-)

We appreciate and thank you for your contribution,

Filling the form helps us track and associate transaction with the payee, We understand its duplication of effort at the end of payee and we are in thinking of some workaround ways, but till that time, it will be helpful if you can fill the form again, so that we can map the entry.

it would be better if you assign a membership number to us. so if we want to contribute again then we just mention the membership number in description. filling the form again and again is not practical.

Hi Sunil

In order to avoid duplication of efforts for filling form, We previously explored option of specifying the membership number in transaction remarks, However each bank has its own convention, and these comments are applicable only for payee and do not appear in our bank records, Hence even with membership numbers, Users shall be required to provide a few details like Transaction ID, Bank Name, Date of payment, and Amount Paid in order to map the transaction with our account statement.

What I belive can be done is do divide the form in two parts - One for user registration - Which can contain user details, Apartment details etc. Basis this form we can generate membership number.

The second part of form can contain Membership number along with transaction details. Every time user makes transaction, He is only required to provide transaction details to the accounts team using the transaction form and we can trace the user details using membership number.

Any thoughts/comments or suggestions for improvement are welcome.

donot know if the proposed solution is the best solution or you can have a seperate form for repayments. but I donot want to fill the form again though I am ok to pay 500 or 1000 rs. again as contribution

I had transferred this amount quite a few months ago, but was not able to complete the process mentioned due to some problem on the site.

Please do include my name in the record of payees - my payment was made from a Delhi citibank account in the name of Pralay Bakshi.

In case you have paid and submitted online registration form, but have not received payment receipts, Please write to accounts@myfaridabad.in with details of your payment.
