Although I will not be able to join this protest because of location constraint but I wish and hope this protest would shake HUDA and HOODA govt, and hard work of my future neighbor-hood will pay off.

I've contributed towards GFWA bank account.

In case if we are planning for weekdays, why not in next week, one week before Anna's JanLokpal Bill fast/protest. We can hope for a greater mass if the date announced early since people who have unused leave may plan accordingly!

Have an idea. This Sunday (December 11), Anna's Team will make a protest at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi. How if atleast 40-50 from us (may include family/friends) will join there with a placard mentioning Corruption Issues by Haryana Govt / HUDA /Need for a Real Estate Regulatory Authorities ? In that case, we do not need to take a separate permission for protest, at the same time it will be eye-catching to the media/public!

Issue is time is very less to prepare. We can make a single placard by ourselves, I guess!

Members, please suggest. If I see atleast 20 responses, I am going there. To make it success, we need to be atleast 40-50...

Re: UP ELECTIONS- next Protest against Faridabad Administration?

Postby sureshwar » Mon Dec 12, 2011 3:25 pm

Dear All esp Organising Committee GFWA,

UP Elections are round the corner. Both BSP ( ie Mayawati ) and Congress (Rahul Gandhi ) see each other as main rivals.

Whenever Congress has critised BSP, they have pointed to Haryana where they say things have been done in the right

way. When we compare say Noida vs G.Faridabad or even Greater Noida vs Neharpaar , it is a point that goes really

in favour of current U.P Administration. The recent master plan clearance for NOIDA makes it more positive for BSP.

I suggest we write to every M.P in western U.P ( one letter to Delhi address, one letter at

constituency address giving a comparison and how investors in Neharpaar have been affected and how HUDA / state govt

does not go anything despite efforts of GFWA.When this also becomes an election issue , then things will start moving in

Neharpaar. Now it for core team to act.

Regards,

Suresh

I think this idea from Sureshwar is a brilliant one!
The enemy of my enemy is my friend!!
It will hurt the ruling party the most especially if the tirade comes from their arch enemy - BSP.
And it will be very easy to supply the ammunition to BSP because at this stage they must be collecting it and may be looking for even small clues.

Brilliant Idea from Sureshwar ! If such a letter on GFWA letterhead can reach the BSP MPs, then definitely this issue will get highlighted at every level where we want it to be actually.

Hi
Thats a good suggestion, We can inform UP CM of the congress misdeeds in neighboring state, which may help us politicize the issue, but am not too clear what do we request Mayawati in the letter. Can someone help prepare an initial draft.

Dear Guys,
It is a very good idea to highlight our issue into the politics of UP. We should meet the District President of BSP and should brief our concern. He would be right person who can raise our concern to UP CM.

This would be first of its kind of movement where public move to another state to highlight their local issue. This will not only show the amount of concern we have for our properties but will also show that young generation is highly involved in the politics.

If any one of the GFWA member can identify the Disrtrict president of BSP including phone then one of the core team member can contact to him to look into our issue.

But we have to assure the politican that we 50000 families are behind him and farmers may also support him.

Dear All,

Unable to find district president of BSP. But in last election Mr. Shiv Raj Lohia was the candidate from Faridabad (NIT) & Mrs. Syamwati Bhadana was the candidate from Faridabad. They can help us to raise to issue in front of BSP Supremo.
