We have not got any confirmation or replies from any BPTP- Forum members, due to that meeting is not fixed.

In the absence of reply from BPTP Plot Owners, I have fixed my sunday schedule for some other meeting.

BPTP is not replying to my following mail:::::

Dear Kamal,

Your reply in the matter is appreciated. However, the points / requests made to you remains un-replied. I had asked you the basis of the rates / amounts for which the demands have been raised by you. More specifically I had asked you the calculations of the followings:

1. EDC-Rs 2578/- per sq yd
2. sewerage treatment plant and an electric sub-station Rs 3,60,190/-
3. 217,700/- and conveyance deed registration charges Rs 15,200/
4. administrative charges Rs 17,968/

I do not deny that the fact that the demand for the items are as per the agreement with me. I want to know how you have arrived at the figures that you have stated in the demand letter. It would be harsh on your part to expect me to pay without even knowing the calculations. The calculations should be consistent with the prevailing policy / law / notification and if it so I am more then willing to pay.

Please provide the said details to make me pay the demands.

Dear Manoj,
I am in the agreement with you but the BPTP will not move until we file a case against them. Dont depend on GFWA for your builder specific issues. Just form a association and file a case against them. Everybody is paying Lakh of rupees but there is lack of intreset in forming the association.

Hope today news of warrant may encourge to the buyers to fight against them. GFWA is fighting on the general issues but builder specific issues shall be addressed after forming the association.

Anyway just like the last GFWA protest, please try to meet each other at BPTP area at some day and unite.

Dear Manoj/Sachin,

First of all I reccomend that you must make it claer that non clarity and no response from BPTP is treated by you null and void untill you agreed for this calculation so that any future interst if BPTP comeup can be argued on legal ground. Keep your record straigh for legeal purpose.

I had sent by e-mail the enclosed letter on 12.12.2011, which was acknowledged by you vide Your request number is CAS-65081-N1R0S0. In this letter I had demanded the calculations / details of the various demands raised by you vide your letter dtd 25.11.11.
I got a e-mail reply from your customer care deptt on 19.12.2011, but the informations required by me in my above said letter were not provided. I subsequently called / mailed you various times, but so far I have not neen able to get any clarifications from you. My last call to you was on 27.12.2011 (1.15pm) to Nisha at 0124-3852787. My various e-mails have been acknowledged by your system as follows:
CAS-72124-W4N4S2. CAS-68491-R8N1X5. CAS-66484-Y3Y1Y1. CAS-65081-N1R0S0. CAS-74285-T1Y8M0. CAS-74368-K3J6H5.
I have failed to get any calculation / satisfactory reply your side as to how the EDC has been calculated @ Rs 2578/ per yard.
In absence of any clarification on the points raised by me in referred letter, I am unable to pay you the demanded EDC / IDC etc. You are once again requested to give me the details of the points raised by me in the referred letter. Please note that unless you provide me the details of the demand your demand has no validity and it is considered null & void.

I think we must keep using this Forum. As this gives as larger audience and other members can also get benefit from our working and they can also suggest us from their experience.

For the same, we can use GFWA exclusive section, where we can have new Forum for BPTP and can discuss there.

Any Discussion with BPTP or their management and future course of action...we must discuss in GFWA exclusive section.
