A new 24 meter road which change the picture of sector 82

All members of Grandeura , Pranayam and imperil estate . As per our projects layout plan there is a prove son of 24 meter road which connect all these projects to sector 81 near park 81, if this road will construct the approach of all these projects will be excellent .As u all know that grandeura and Pranayam possession will starting shortly .and work imperial estate is also going on fast pace . in my view we have to unite and talk with huda addm about this road this is a small but important thing , most land of this road belongs to bptp ,puri and Spr and it is hardly one km road that will construct in one or two months . huda is planing to finish master roads in 2014 but if this road will made by huda all the members who will take possession of there dream home will directly connect by bptp bridge, the sector 85 ,84 ,88 and 89 will also connect with sector 81, This road will benefit not only these projects but also benefit to elite floors A block , N block ,J block L block and A ,B ,C ,d and J blocks of bptp ,

How this can be done. Is change in Master Plan required, how to proceed ??

ajay ji it is master plan road u can see the master plan map i suggest this road because there is a stay on 45 meter master road near pranayam

Hi Yogesh,

During our Meeting with HUDA officials in Nov'11, we raised this point of internal sector roads.
Then HUDA officials and DTP informed us that those internal 24mtrs roads to be made by respective builders not by HUDA.
because as per document issued by HUDA to builders, those roads to be made by builders.

if you see BPTP made most of internal roads in Sec 85 and 75, 76.

So you all need to discuss and push your respective builders for the same.

Ajay ji these sectors (85,75,76)comes in plotted development the edc rates are different in Gh and plot development because plotted development contains all development like 12 meter and 24 meter roads there are many 24 meter and 18 meter roads which will be made by huda at later stage (after completion of master roads ) those builders cant made this road because there are many shops in tigon road ( falling in road alignment) and 20 % area have to acquire from farmers if these builders have power to made this road they will made this road much earlier and sold there projects at better prices. plotted development required minimum 100 acares land . If this road will be made by developers we have to wait for a long time.
