Dear Fellow Friends

I had invested in DD Infrastructure (DD Infrastructure, F-1/9, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase - 1, New Delhi) in freehold plots for 200 sq yards by paying Rs 2.94 lac, Reciept No - F543, PR Customer Code - FP-787. Had made this investment in year 2006 and till date there is no visibility to the project. Have heard from unofficial sources that now the project has been purchased by BPTP but have no source of information on where my property is located.
I feel cheated everyday and feel that untill we all come together and fight for our rights, there will be no result.
Am with all of you in raising our voice and fighting for our rights.

Thanks & Regards

Hello Friends

We initiated an online petition for Real Estate Regulatory Body in the month of march, Considering we have grown many-fold since that time, I think its time to revive the same. I would like to request all the members who have not yet signed the petition seeking signature for real estate regulatory body to come and sign the petition. All it require is 2 minutes of your time, and you can do this from wherever you are.

Happy Independence Day: Sign petition for Real Estate Regulation

Postby dheerajjain » Mon Aug 15, 2011 9:58 am

Dear All

Today, PM Mr. Singh in his speech spoke a lot about land acquisition act and his Govt. endeavour to pass bill in next section of Parliament. But, he did NOT utter single word about Real Estate Regulation Bill which is hanging fire for more than 10 years. Clearly, his speech was geared towards getting votes by any means but not towards looking at problems faced by tax paying middle class citizens. When it comes to tax, Govt. readily imposed 10% service tax on Real Estate industry without providing any 'iota' of service. Also, Real Estate industry has become source of revenue collection for Govt. by imposing EDC charges.

Currently, we have got around 700+ signatures. It is time today to get it pass across 1000 so that it can be sent to Minister of Urban Development.

This independence day, take a pledge and sign Real Estate Regulation petition for bringing out transparent and lawful practices in Real Estate.

Sign your petition at:

http://www.myfaridabad.in/petition/real ... tory-body/

Happy Independence Day :flag:

Regards
Dheeraj

Nearly 10 months back, Jayanta started an online campaign for getting 1000 signatures for petition for Real Estate Regulatory Body and sending directly to Sh Kamal Nath, Union Cabinet Minister of Urban Development. Even after 10 months, we have got ONLY 948 signaturs and as expected, Govt. still has NOT introducted law in Parliament. For tacking real estate issue, we need real estate regaulatory body and we all should make sure that bill gets introducted in next session of Parliament. For signing petition, please go to:

Alleged nexus between DLF, Haryana Govt. and Congress party claimed by India against Corruption (IAC) once again stresses the need for quick passage of Real Estate Regulation Act in Parliament.
