Dear All, thanks a lot for your responses. Venue will be Connaught place as it is a central place and Metro connectivity is there. Also, people from all NCR have invested in Faridabad. Venue we can keep as Haldiram's Restaurant (very near to Rajiv Chowk Metro Station, ~200 m from D and E Block Entrance to Metro Station) or Jantar Mantar or please suggest some good place where 30 people can be accomodated and seated. Timings will be 11:30 AM so that people can reach there at time. So, far 14 people have confirmed their interest in participating. Interested people from MyFaridabad/Savana forum are:

I would like to say thanks to those people who have shown interest in attending a meeting

I dont know why people are not waking up to fight for there rights. Still there is only14 people who have said Yes for a meeting

Aprrox 5% frm Piyush Heights(3 out of 51 in Piyush HR Yahoo Groups)
and Aprrox 5% frm RPS Savana (10 out of 200 members)

I dont knw what is going on between SRS and BPTP Park Elite Floors. BPTP Park Elite Floors investors think that they have given there EDC/IDC tthen why should we concerned abt development.

Builders is selling our own green Area, using worst material during construction, slow pace of construction is just bcoz we are not united. It is happening with both RPS and Piyush.

This time our own people frm Piyush have ditched us. Apart frm 2-3 people none of them have shown any interest in attending a meeting.
I am very much sure the people who are not responding right now will have lot to say once Piyush Heights/RPS Construction will be over.
They will actively participate in RWA election and say lot of bad things about the amenities, quality of construction in the society.

People in Neharpaar always say one thing tht there investement is not giving good returns
When i ask then them whom would you blame
Most people say Builder, some people say Govtt agencies like HUDA, Property Dealer, and there own Luck
When i ask then what they have done so tht there investement doesn't goes into drain
Answer: Nothing, mute reply
Farmers are fighting for there cause and they are getting returns . They have manage to increased there compensation to 300% times but still they are not satisfied
They took some steps that's why they are succesfull

If i will be alive and stays there then i will definitely humilate those people who are not saying anything right now but they will say a lot at the time of possesion and RWA election

What is the use of repenting now when the bird has eaten the harvest

Meaning: No use repenting when it is too late to undo the damage
If you want to act then act today rather than waiting for tommorow.

Dear Rohit, I appreciate your thoughts. But, please be a little calm as our agenda is not to humilate people but to unite people. With regards to 10 people that are joining, they represent MyFaridabad Forum not necessarily Savana. MyFaridabad forum has people representing from different societies. I am sure numbers will rise up and we will have a good participation.

With regards to BPTP people not joining, there is a catch around that. BPTP has come with new project Arena in Sector 80, Faridabad and to sell their project, builder is fooling people that they will construct roads and provide amenities at their own cost. This is really ridiculous as when the land will not be acquired, then where will they construct roads? So, BPTP people, look at builder intentions to make profits and sell their project at high price.
