Last sunday i went to omaxe spa village. I found work at fast pace but the plot appears much smaller than 11 acers + there was no space for green park as shown in their brousher. We must ask omaxe about this. This is gross deviation from what was promished.
any comment??

Dear All,
I have received demand letter from Omaxe dt. 6 feb asking to pay additional 313500 as Enhanaced EDC/IDC +100% by 21 feb. I do not know how they calculated this and why are they asking for IDC again. I have decided not to pay till court order. This time EDC letter has come as a demand and not like a letter as last time and they have not mentioned interest which will be charged against delay payment.

Two weeks back i emailed Omaxe asking about delay in possession but they never replied to that. Any update about possession.

I have a flat in Omaxe New Heights, Sector 78 and I too have got the demand for enhanced EDC / IDC. I feel we should pay considering that circle rates have been increased and court will not quash the increase but could only reduce the increase in EDC/ IDC to some extent. That's my opinion.

Hi Amit,
Though your point of circle rate may be right.
The contention here is that HUDA has not used the amount that is lying with them for over 4 years now, and inspite of providing details of money utilization, they are asking for additional amount which is being contested.
Further, there are many builders in Neharpar who have collected from buyers but not paid the EDC amount to HUDA.
Hence, we should not pay increased EDC and move court.
