Status of Electricity,Sewage & water Supply in Neharpar

Hi,

I am a paid member of GFWA and and have booked the flat in RPS-SAVANA-Sec-88. I want to know status of Electricity,Sewage & water Supply in Naharpar. Can anybody update us on the above issue.

We don't have updates on Sewerage, Water Supply & Electricity. But, yesterday, GFWA Team met Executive Engineer, Division 1, HUDA who is responsible for construction of master roads and bridges across Nehar. Here are updates:

1. Work can start on construction of 31 km master roads as early as March, 12 and get completed by September, 13 in best case scenario.
2. Proposal for construction of bridge on outer side acorss Nehar is already made. But, it is currently trapped in red tape considering that there are many departments of UP and Haryana involved (U.P. Irrigation, U.P. Forests etc.)
3. Proposal for construction of 4 more bridges across Nehar (1 bridge for each 3 sector block) is not made yet. But it is in planning stage
4. Currently, there is no proposal by HUDA to construct internal 24 m sector roads. There seems to be no clarity on whether these roads are covered under EDC services or not.

Here is small correction.

That is Division -3.

As Dheeraj mentioned, We 5 members had meeting with Executive Engr and SDO-HUDA Division-3.
They were very cooperative and told many issues which they are facing for the development of Gr. FBD.
But as Div-3 handles only Master Roads and Sewerage, they assured us that Work is on track and there won;t be any further delay for these services.

Water Supply, Electricity comes under Division -2, But E.Engr and SDO (Div-3) told us there is no need to worry for these services, because it is Builder resp. to provide these service for next five years after possession.
Almost Budget for Sector 74-75 dividing Bridge is made and he told even DC also made comments to make clearance of the same.

Second and Third would be at Sec- 87 outer and Sec- 86-87 dividing.
But still DTP not cleared the sites and not marked while HUDA already given Satellite survey report to DTP office for clearance.

regarding the Existing Tigon Road, SDO informed that B&R -PWD already working on the same and may be work will start soon.

As Dheeraj mentioned that there is no clarity on 24 mtrs internal Sector roads, so in future we will take up this issue also with HUDA administrator.

does it mean for 5 years no water supply or electricity will be provided by respective public utility ? are we dependant on ground water and generator supply till then ?

It means, Govt is working on these services, but as per them immediate relief can be provided by Builders.

As u can see, Master Road Tender is already allocated and work to be started with in March'12.
Secondly, Sewerage Tender is already listed and will be opened on 16th March.
Master Water Supply Budget is already sent for approval at CHD.
Electricity, Builders are getting Govt Supply as and when they are applying.

Now, Major Concern is Master Roads and Electricity Connection. Because STP and Tube well for water - Builders are providing the same and cost of those services are already taken into consideration by Builders (This is the condition of License).
So for electricity you start pushing your builder to apply for Govt. Connection.

Budget for one Bridge is prepared and process is already started for the same ( Sec 3-8 dividing to Sec 74-75 dividing) but that is hold due to some clearance requirement from UP Govt. and as Election are going on in UP so it is on Hold.

For Other Bridges, we need to push local administration ( as this was communicated by Chief Engineer-HUDA-CHD).
