Flat Apartment Registration | Omaxe Heights

Afternoon everyone.

Received my flat @ Omaxe Height's registration letter, I'd appreciate if a member could guide on procedures to get the legal formalities done i.e. submission of DD to SBI Bank@Neelam Chowk, who to look for in court @Sec-12, FBD etc.

Go to BB Garg. His number is mentioned in the registration letter itself. Give him a bank draft worth mentioned in the letter itself. He will provide you the non judicial stamp papers. If you want to pay in cash, go to SBI, Neelam Chowk and get a stamp certificate from there. In my case a guy known to BB Garg took Rs. 100 from me and got everything done quickly at SBI.

BB Garg will also give you 2 documents (affidavit and undertaking) written on Rs. 100 non judicial stamp papers and charge you for those.

After that call Omaxe's toll free number and take appointment for submission of documents mentioned in the letter itself along with stamp duty, affidavit and undertaking.
