CREDAI and Developers accountability

Postby dheerajjain » Sat Mar 24, 2012 7:08 pm

Today, CREDAI came out with ad in times of india (http://epaper.timesofindia.com/Reposito ... kin-custom) that CREDAI accredited developers follow code of conduct and consumer complaints can be resolved at Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum. Web site link is mentioned as http://www.credaincr.org. List of developers who have signed code of conduct are attached. BPTP, SRS, Piyush etc. did NOT sign code of conduct but Omaxe, RPS, SPR etc. have signed code of conduct. This gives one more platform for Omaxe, RPS, SPR etc. buyers to lodge their grievances. Let members try this out also and share their experiences.

Kabul Chawla is Vice President of CREDAI NCR.

BPTP is not listed in the list for Code of Conduct. Strange... is'nt it.

Can not trust CREDAI.

Regards

It does not matter as there is no action from CREDAI on complaint as they will simply forward same to developer and we will get mail from CREDAI saying they have forwarded our complaint and within two days representative of developer will contact you but that does not help. But we should keep making complaints may be some day they will listen.

CREDAI is builders body and will NOT take any action against them. It is created as an eyewash agency for fooling Govt. and cheating buyers. Let there be real estate regulatory body created by Govt.
