Retrospective interest withdrawn on Enhanced EDC, notices sent to builders for revised EDC by DGTCP

Hi Dheeraj Ji,

thanks for prompt reply, it means I should write a letter after 7-10 days. Also,Thanks to let me know the basis of calculation to arrive at reduction of Rs 40/- per Sq Ft , so that I can mention the same while writing for refund to the builder.

Hi Hemant,

As per our calculations, builder has charged Rs 77 more per sq ft. So, please demand a refund of Rs 77 per sq ft. I have attached EDC calculations in Piyush Heights Section

It's a dedicated effort of the GFWA Team which has paid off.I would like to be guided whether this withdrawal of interest is also applicable to Palwal or Palwal is treated as a Separate Urban Estate (The circular indicates the revision in cut off for Urban Estate of Faridabad).

Dear All,
I just want to know how is this going to affect us who have paid EDC as per original demand and not the revised. I am having flat in Omaxe Spa and have paid all EDC (original one) by 11/01/2010. SO as per this there should not any levy of interest and does this mean that i will pay only revised EDC charges (if any) as per Court order.
Please provide your comments.

Received revert from BPTP on EEDC now reduced from 1554 to 1376 psy or Rs 178 psy or 11.4% of EEDC amount.

1] No calculations provided, to be provided latter as per communication
2] Mentioned Court Order as reason
3] No mention of interest waiver
4] No calculation of IDC provided, to be provided latter
5] No calculation of EDC efficiency % provided
6] Mention of STP and Substation query in revert as
" we would like to update you that all the necessary approvals that entitle us to offer possession of the captioned plot and for electrification & sewage treatment plant are available with us. Therefore, in case you wish to see the communication, we would request you to visit our Gurgaon facility from Monday to Friday between 10 am to 6 pm with a prior appointment. Please be updated that this is the privileged information and we regret our inability to share the same over the mail with you or help you with any copy of the same"
