New Demand Notice for Purple Hazel PH7 in Savana

I am in receipt of a New Demand Notice for my PH7 flat against "Completion of Last Floor Slab Casting". Does Anyone have also received the same?

I visited the site yesterday..but was not allowed to go in or see from close by....

Hi... I have also received the demand notice for the same for PH-7.. The picture posted on their website does not show anythg clearly and they do not entertain anyone to visit the construction site either.. I am very confused. I spoke to a customer care executive; but she spoke like a sweet trained bird..

I am aware that PH-1 buyers had received similar notice few weeks back.

Can some one pls post some more details about what is going on?

Sorry to jump in between...however, I am surprised if a builder can restrict the site visits?
Legally possible?

Yes it is surprising, but RPS has blocked internal construction site visits on the pretext of customer safety. No matter how hard we have tried to reason with them, they have denied to allow site visits, unless we as a group try to forcefully enter the construction premises. Only way to find out if they can stop site visit legally is by engaging a lawyer.

Hi friends,

yesterday me and my husband visited RPS Site.As usual they firstly denied the site visit but after doing argument with them they somehow allowed us to have a look of the site.Here are updates:

Tower T8 : flooring is about to finish ( i haven't seen it personally as they did not allowed us to go inside the flat)
T6,T-5 external plaster is finished they will soon start flooring.....

Now they have confirmed the formation of primary school and day care around the bayberry, when i asked them why are they doing so then answer was that it is the mandate of haryana govt.....

The beautiful garden which we used to see earlier at the start of the society is now vanished that has been pointed as commercial site for school, 50 bed dispensary and for other commercial purpose,
so guys we eventually have almost no..........green land????

EWS flats are just behind T1,T2,T3,T4........

Road from Delhi to RPS seems to be broadened and work was on the way ,

Dear All

I have received a new Demand Notice for "Completion of Internal Plaster" for PH-7. Along with it they have asked for the increased EDC amount which I had not paid.
Anyone else in the same situation? Please let me know.

Although I would not be able to join the Protest March on 14th Nov from 09.30am, I would join it from 2pm. Would be returning from Jaipur that morning.

Have ANY received a new Demand Notice for "Completion of Internal Plaster" for Purple Hazel (PH) tower.
If Yes, please indicate only Tower Number who received new Demand Notice for "Completion of Internal Plaster"

Hi

any further updates on the status of the PH04 tower. the last demand i received was in 2010 for slab.
last email on 28 June 2011 from RPS was as under:

As regard construction work at site ,we would like to initmate you that at present we are working on brick work of tower Purple Hazel 04.Your next demand will be due upon completion of Internal Plaster work.

i had sent an email to the builder's email id to refund the EDC / IDC. here is the response

This is with reference to your e-mail dated 31/03/2012.

As regards EDC, it is agreed that authorities have decided to revise the enhanced demand. However we are still to receive intimation from authorities in this regard. Necessary revision of demand/ rebate will be given to customers upon receipt of communication from DTCP, Chandigarh.

I had written to the RPS guys as such


as per the latest circular issued by HUDA to DG Town planing, it has been decided that interest has been deferred from 10.11.2009 to 25.5.2011, hence the EDC calculations to individual flats has to be changed.

Also, understand that RPS has sold a plot within the Savanna project to Mangalam School, hence, the EDC will go down for existing buyers

please inform the amount waived off for my flat and arrange to refund the excess amount charged in your demand notice alongwith interest.

I think all buyers of Savanna should send this to RPS offices and elicit a response. this way they will get a message that we are serious.
