DTCP to enforce 4yrs time frame for Community infra on builders

Postby BlessU » Sun Apr 15, 2012 7:01 pm

Hi
Greetings

All subscribers of multistoreyed buildings and colonies of private builders, please send complains to DTCP for non development of Communal and Basic infra on the basis of the new orders.

This implies to construction of Schools, nuseries, hospitals, religious places, clubs etc within 4 years of granting of license as per a new addition to the act..

Huda having started Sector roads, Metro MOU, Sewerage lines.. now builders should start delivering.

Write to
stp.enforcement.tcp@gmail.com and
tcphry@gmail.com
with your complaints.. Hopefully, things may improve :)

Again, as visualised, RTI and Lokayukt are the appropriate tools to ensure that the government machinery remains active and agile... As elaborated in earlier post Lokayukt can prove to be a very useful method for voicing concerns against corruption, lack of rule..

Cheers

Hi
Greetings

The latest Amendment to the Haryana Urban Development and Regulation Act, 2012, pertaining to construction of schools, hospitals, community centers and other communal buildings on the land set apart for the purpose. The statute proposes such construction to be completed within 4 years.

It would be a good idea for GFWA to send legal notices to all builders for effecting the same under intimation to DTCP mentioning non confirmation of Licensing conditions by builders and necessary punitive action be initiated against them

Once Again I thank Mr Raman Sharma- Progressive Residents Welfare Association for being instrumental in making this possible by moving Lokayukt against Corrupt govt officials..

Just to let you know it is the responsibility of govt officials including DC, DTP, DTCP, STP, Financial Commissioners etc to safeguard the ESTATE of the State and ensure that all revenues of the state are safeguarded and recovered.

It is urged that similar Lokayukt case may also be proceeded against various delays and non recovery of govt revenues for which govt officials are responsible.. If they can hide behind Supreme court ruling, which was merely against claiming extension fee on non development of plots by builders, they definitely would be aware about collection of revenues and ensuring that licensing conditions are adhered to by the builders. This is apart from ensuring that govt owned and compensated for land cannot be used for agriculture and for illegal sale of sand and illegal building of barricades without taking action or filing FIR or investigation.

GWFA.. please thodi ungli tedhi karlo... Example is better than percept..

Cheers
