The onus is now on builders to start delivering projects along with Common facilities.
The relief of 15 month on payment of EDC may slow builders, unless DTCP/HUDA enforcement follows up with builders on a regular basis.

Kheri Road is not a part of Master Road plan. The approach to sectors 87, 88 etc will be through a separate road besides the Modern DPS School.

नहर पार डिवेलप होे रहे ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में मास्टर रोड के निर्माण के साथ ही हूडा ने ग्रीन बेल्ट डिवेलप करने की प्रक्रिया भी शुरू कर दी है। ग्रीन बेल्ट के लिए फेंसिंग का काम शुरू कर दिया गया है, ताकि मास्टर रोड के साथ अवैध कब्जे न हो सकें। जल्द ही हूडा यहां पौधे लगाने का काम शुरू करने जा रहा है।

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को ग्रेट बनाने के लिए हूडा कोई कमी नहीं छोड़ना चाहता इसलिए यहां बेहतर सड़कें, सीवर और स्ट्रीट लाइटों का इंतजाम किया जा रहा है। साथ ही, हूडा ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में मास्टर रोड के साथ-साथ बड़े पैमाने पर ग्रीनरी लाने के लिए भी काम कर रहा है। मास्टर रोड के साथ ग्रीन बेल्ट, चौराहों पर हरियाली और ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के पार्कों में हरियाली लाने के लिए हूडा ने लगभग 14 करोड़ रुपये का बजट तैयार किया है। हूडा प्रशासक अमनीत पी. कुमार ने बताया कि हमारी योजना है कि ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में मास्टर रोड के साथ बड़े पैमाने पर ग्रीनरी डिवेलप की जाए। मास्टर रोड की ग्रीन बेल्ट में हम लोग सजावटी और फूलों वाले पौधों के साथ छायादार और फलों वाले पौधे भी लगाएंगे। अभी 5 साइटों पर मास्टर रोड का काम चल रहा है। उसके साथ-साथ हमने ग्रीन बेल्ट के लिए तारबंदी का काम भी शुरू कर दिया है, ताकि वहां अवैध कब्जे न हो सकें। जल्द ही हम लोग वहां पौधे लगाने शुरू कर देंगे। इसके लिए नर्सरी में पौधे तैयार किए जा रहे हैं।

हूडा प्रशासक ने बताया कि आमतौर पर देखा जाता है कि पौधे लगाने के बाद उनकी देखरेख नहीं की जाती, जिससे आवारा पशु पौधों को खा जाते हैं, या लोग उन्हें उखाड़ देते हैं। इसे देखते हुए अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया गया है कि पौधों के साथ ट्री गार्ड जरूर लगवाएं। जब तक ट्री गार्ड का इंतजाम न हो जाए, तब तक पौधे लगाने का काम शुरू नहीं किया जाए। उन्होंने बताया कि उनकी योजना है कि मास्टर रोड के निर्माण के साथ ही वहां ग्रीन बेल्ट आदि डिवेलप कर ली जाए।

Milestone dates ( as per tender Condition):
Physical works to be completed Period from the start date

Milestone 1 i.e. 20 % of total work 4 months (31st July'12).

Milestone 2 i.e. 40 % of total work 8 months (30th Nov'12).

Milestone 3 i.e. 60 % of total work 12 months (31st Mar'12)

Milestone 4 i.e. 80 % of total work 15 months (30th June'12)

Milestone 5 i.e. 100 % of total work 18 months (30th Sept'12)

Start Date is taken as 01st April'12 ( as per Tender Agreement )

- 75 Meter Outer Periphery Road,
- 60 Meter Road -Starting BPTP Bridge to Sec 86 -87 Dividing,passing infront ot Omaxe Hts Main Entrance on Agra Canal
- 30 Meter Road Sector Dividing road of 75-76, 80-79, 81-82, 86-85.
