What is the flat registration time line after the possesion.Is there any duration set under that one has to register their flat after the possesion?
Also what is the registration cost /sqft for nehpar flats?

Yes, if you don't get it done in stipulated time, you may have to pay holding charges to the company.

I got mine registered at a rate of Rs. 2100/sq ft.

I am asking about the registry charges not the Flat Cost, and what is the stipulated time for registry after taking the possesion.
