Your comparitive sheet for edc/idc calculation is very informative and comprehensive. Kindly intimate what is the method of calculation of EDC/IDC as it is different in every project. In case of my project BPTP Park arena, the initial EDC/IDC in 2010 was Rs. 225/sq feet, but now they have enhanced the edc by rs. 98/sq feet.

EDC charges for Group Housing Societies depend on following factors:

1. Year of licence
2. Total Saleable sq ft area/FSI
3. Project Area

How can I calculate my actual EDC +IDC dased on 150 Rs what the spreadsheet shows.
How to link this with year of license and year of purchase.
