New possession at SRS Residency Tower C2

Hello Everyone

I am in the process of purchasing unit # C2/1103 at SRS Residency and hence I wanted to get in touch with the RWA members. I had been following this forum from the day I made up my mind about SRS Residency. It would be great to let me be a part of this forum/group as one of your future neighbours allowing us to start getting to know each other.

This tower C2 is on the rear side of the campus (actually near the main entry gate) and is still undergoing civil work. Only one lift was there when I last visited (3 weeks back) and it was non-functional at that time. I hope and I am told by the dealer that builder will complete the work before I am given the possession. I am concerned about the availability of the lift as otherwise living on 11th floor is a nightmare. I want some advice from current residents to know whom to contact at SRS if there are delays in delivering the basic facilities in that tower.
