Dear Friend,
They are befooling us and trying to throw the ball in your court by sending stupid replies. Dont Afraid of such mails becasue this is their pressure building tectics.

Let the few amount hold with you and wait. The probelm is that despite of GFWA common protal, we all are scattered as we all are living aound the worlds and cant take collective action them. Mr. Rajan and Ajay were quite active on their part but they are disappeared from day to day interaction. It might becasue of they are not getting monetary and social support from all of us.

So I would again request to Mr. Rajan and Ajay to come forward for the BPTP users. We are big in numbers but you have to unite us by doing the day to day interaction with them.

The only way to teach them lesson is to file a case against them. Thats it or keep shouting on the GFWA portal with no result.

We understand that BPTP is biggest cheater in Nehar paar area. But peoples are closing their eyes and don't want to understand that. Even other project members are also need to come forward so, that Biggest Cheater can be fixed in trap...but..

This website can give us some plateform, but if peoples don't to fight for rights then either Rajan Ji, me or this website can't help them.

We sent mails to more than 1000 members of BPTP Plot holders, but only couple of peoples came forward for this.

They are ready to pay to Builder for unjustified demand and even peoples are ready with the payment as soon as they get demand letter from their builder.

But when it comes to fight with Builder legally they take back seat and just calling or mailing us to get updates on the case or our action against the BPTP.

But, we are not stopping ourseleves and now formed a association named " Parklands owners Association, Greater Faridabad"

We are exploring/working on all possible action against BPTP and will fight till end..what ever be the result

Recently is asked BPTP to provide my the statement of Account. I feel very shocked after recieving the statement. Initial cost which was fixed by BPTP at the time of purchasing Park elite floor was Rs 1608000. But now the Total cost revised to Rs Approx 2100000, which is high by Approx 5 lakh.

When i called by at the customer care reply received as more disgusting. REPLY by one of the rude customer care executive " THIS DETAILS IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMER". AND THEN THE PHONE WAS HANGED. I have asked for e details which is the right of every customer and THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING IT. WHAT SHOULD IS DO ?

BPTP should trained their illetrate customer care exective about how to deal with customer who are paying them lakh of rupees and then Customer care executive are getting salaries.

Faridabad MP and MLA are both from Congress. We should go and meet them and ask clarifications on the open loot by congress backed BPTP. I am sure the two will be irritated on this open question. If all this comes in newspapers, it will embarrass congress.

We should contact Opposition MPs / MLAs / Anna ji / Ram Dev ji / Kiran Bedi and present the ruling Haryana Govt in their real light (assiting actively the 'chor' BPTP). The elections are not far.....

Who so ever has links with the press (print / electronic) may please use them and expose BPTP....

Nothing can be done in the case of BPTP. We have tried all possible means when it has increased super area on paper only and increased the Basic price of floor 4-5 Lakh in Park Elite floor project. I have submitted all the documents and proof to one journalist and described the story of cheating by BPTP. She(journalist from Times of India) assured me that this story will be published in Times Property on saturday but media is also partial. They have sold the news to BPTP in exchange of few lakh and that news did not published.

We have also filed a case in National consumer commission but in one year no hearing was held due to absence of judges. It shows we are not having any weapon to fight against the builder. Pay or Sell in market and next buyer will pay. This is what BPTP wants from its customer who are attracted towards its project because of low cost.

Finally, I would like to say that we can do what Gandhi ji did in past. Dharna, Anshan, Candel light vigil, Protest to raise our voice then only Govt will listen to us and take some action against the builder. For all of this we need some leaders from us who will lead their group of 50-100 people. The cordination among the leaders is very important and we should decide on common place for meeting and with the help of GFWA people we should start the Protes. Media will be compelled to broadcast our concern. We need to give some time for it. I know every body is busy in earning their bread and butter but if we put some efforts, we can save lakhs of Rupees which we will earn in months / years.

Team Anna can also be contacted to raise this issue against congress(Vadera) backed BPTP.

If Anna and Baba Ramdev can do protest in this scorching summer,why cant we..Lets pull out our socks against these malpractices,if 1000 buyers are ready to come on street on any single day ,we can plan protest in Delhi Jantar Mantar or any location and you will get national media covergaes..Only two things required,you should have people participation atleast 1000 and second armed with all documentary /RTI evidence to expose in public.

I have always been of the same views. We need to involve these political leaders also in our fight against these errant builders. Greater Faridabad is a big vote bank to any political party and no one political party would dare to confront us if we approach them. Let GFWA take initiative on this and there are many in Faridabad who will join us for the meeting with MP/MLA/Opposition. And the meeting can take place at the residence of the elected representative on Sunday when taking leave will not be an issue for our working class members.
We have met so many times with DCs, DTP, Administrators in Faridabad with our complaints in which majority of the complaints were against BPTP. But at the same time we have also seen the frequent transfers of DCs, SPs, and Administrators in the past one year in Faridabad. This shows how powerless these officers are and who is the actual BOSS. Lets start meeting the actual Bosses of Faridabad then. These Bosses or leaders have only one weak link which is VOTE. And we have plenty of votes in Neharpar.
