EDC/IDC revices rate for various Builders

Hi All,

Please post your revised EDC/IDC amount asked by various builders so that we all can have a fair idea of EDC/IDC rate in Gr. Faridabad. I know that EDC/IDC charges will vary from project to project and depend upon a total salable are and other factors but this will still help us knowing facts.

SRS Pearl Floors: Previous EDC/IDC: 176 per sq. feet , Revised: 373 Rs. per sq. feet.

Rates quoted by builders may not give us realistic picture as they depend on harrassment and loot potential of builder. But, we can have relaistic picture coming from EDC demands made by Govt. For Piyush Heights, demand is coming from Govt. as Rs 230/sq ft whereas builder is charging Rs 310/sq ft.
