I would like to request everybody to honestly participate in this poll so that everyone can get an idea on where do we stand.

The decision to pay or not to pay is purely personal but in some cases it'll help others to decide. So please participate in this poll for your honest answer.

If a flat owner does not pay, his flat may/will get confiscated. No one can afford to lose his flat after waiting for so many years.

In my opinion, all flat owners must pay under protest while continuing the fight for their rights.

I am not paying.
I do not think any builder can confiscate flat because one has not paid EDC whereas builder itself has not paid EDC to HUDA in most of the cases not revised one but the old one. If i am correct during last hearing of EDC case there was some verbal instruction by court that no possession shall be withheld by builders on account of EDC.

With not enough support from the rest of the members favoring the hold of EDC. I decided to pay my EDC and made the payment. I'm updating my vote to reflect that I've already paid.
