Hi Jayanta

We are struggling to find the circular issued on revised EDC charges by HUDA and recent court orders.

We have been receving reminders from OMaxe Heights for payment of enhanced EDC charges from last three months. The calculations shared by them says - Rs (150+15+125) per sqft minus Rs 150 per sqft(which we have already paid). We wanted to reply to the builder based on the circular wherein the EDC charges have been reduced and interest also waved off.

Request you to please share the copy of circular and suggest what is GFWA recommendation on enahnced EDC charges.

So what will be amount (Per Sq Feet) that we cab ask Omaxe to revise / waive off after this issued notification. If someone has this calculation then please share with the group. I will do the necessary follow-up with Omaxe after I have the clarity on amount to be cliamed / waived off.

Hello Bhavna, as per GFWA calculations, for Group Housing Projects like Omaxe, waiver will be about Rs 40 per sq ft. So, if super area is 1400 sq ft, then waiver will be Rs 56,000

This is in reference to the Revised Notice on the enhanced EDC from DTCP Office to Omaxe.

The copy of the notification that was issued and handed over to the members by GFWA was addressed to Omaxe Ltd.
I had requested Omaxe Customer care to provide the calculation sheet and confirm the revised EDC on which after several follow ups they have mailed me the attached letter issued from the DTCP office to SN Realtors Pvt Ltd. (For Omaxe Spa Village & New Heights- Sector-78)

Dear OSV Members,
As per new EDC letter
EDC as per LOI was 104.44/Arc
Enhanced EDC is 87.99/Arc
We paid 140/sqft (excluding IDC 28) whereas as per letter EDC/Sqft was 137.006/Sqft
Enhanced EDC per Sqft is 115.426/Sqft.
So Total EDC including Enhanced is 252.43/Sqft.
So Revised EDC should be 252.43 - 140 = 112.43 /Sqft.

Please confirm if this is right so that when we visit omaxe office we provide our calculation.
