HI Amitav,

You are very right and we all are asking same question to ourselves.

1) When did the tender for so called Bypass road has been issued?==> It was in 2007

2) What is the completion period for bypass road as per the tender document ?==> It was before CWG-2010.
then extended to Mar'11, next to June'11, then to Mar'12 and now latest is Jun'12.
(Even, still there is no solution of the slums near to Kheri Pul )

3) is construction of bypass road is on track?==> No not at all. Even HUDA is not putting penalty on contractor for the delay in service.

Now keeping in view of the above facts do u think HUDA will deliver Master roads in 18 months???==> No, not possible if we consider the past track of HUDA.

Friends, If we think that Tendering is started and now development will start and will finish on time (18 months)...Then once again think and give a deep thought for the efficiency of HUDA and their Follow up style.

We need to keep regular follow up and regular meetings with those HUDA officials.

If at any moment of time we found they are not listening to us...then again we will protest against them...so they don’t take all matter in lighter mood.

Because, only after our Protest on 13th they stated some work for Gr. FBD area and cleared the Budget.

Secondly, Development of Gr. FBD doesn’t mean only master Roads....

a) It need connectivity of rest of FBD by Bridges on Agra Canal.
b) Decongestion of Sector 28-29 and Sector 16-17 market area to make good approach.
c) Making roads along with Agra Canal (one eastern Side) to make connectivity with Kalindi Kunj.
d) Take up connectivity of Gr FBD to Noida and Gr. Noida by making Bridges on Yamuna River.

All, these issues need to be regularly follow up with those guys...otherwise...it will take almost 5 years to complete only 31KM..for which tenders are floated.

Still long way to go for the development of Gr. FBD

Ajay ji
when we see this master plan 32 km of road the most entrance points of 45 meter road are not acquired by huda . we have to insist huda to start make proposed bridge near entrance of neharpar (sector 87) so the connectivity of all neharpar will manageable

navbharat times faridabad

Re: Budget approved for partial Master Sector Roads for Greater Faridabad

Postby yadav_ajay » Mon Jan 09, 2012 11:12 am

For the same. I had meeting with HUDA executive Engineer and Proposed to make Bridge at Sector 86 and 87 Dividing at Agra Canal. Which in result will connect to Sec-17 and 18 dividing.
From that Bridges, Sec 86, 87, 85, 88, 89 and 84 dividing roads project will get benefit.

As HUDA already made proposal for one Bridge on Sec 74-75 dividing to Sec3 and Sec8 Dividing.

if we think logically, then three bridges will cover all sectors of nehar par 75 to 89...as immediate relief and it can be further extended to 6 or 7 nos..if HUDA wants.

Let me explain in detail.

1 BPTP Bridge : will cover sectors 78, 79, 80 at one side and 81, 82, 83 on other side. means 6 sectors. ( Already operational)
2. Proposed Bridge at Sec 74-75 dividing : Will cover 72, 73,74 on one side and 75, 76 and 77 at other side.==> Proposal already given to UP irrigation dept and waiting for approval from them.
3.If HUDA construct Bridge on Sec86 and 87 dividing...then It will cover Sec 84, 85 and 86 on one side and 87, 88, 89 on other side. majority of projects fall under these sectors.
So we need to push to HUDA to make Bridge on this interaction point.

While HUDA is proposing Bridge at Sec 87 outer side...If it built..it will not benefit all..it will cover only small part of Sec 87 and 88. and there are many residential colony in between those sectors..It would be difficult for HUDA to make Bridge there.

By above three bridges (Sec-74-75, Sec80-81 and Sec 86-87), we can reach any point/sector of Gr FBD.

During our next meeting, we will again take up this issue.

outer sector 87 bridge is the most important bridge because this bridge will connect with 75 meter master road and this road is a main master road of G.faridabad(all land is acquired by huda ) it connect all sectors so people coming from delhi side cross the bridge hardly 8 km from Delhi border . sector 87 has no projects but sector 88 then 89 then 84 then 83 then 78 then 77then 76 then 75 comes in this road this road also connect with all (100%) 45 meter and 30 meter roads . if this bridge will made in 18 months when 75% of tendered master roads will build the Sean of G faridabad will totally different bridge near sec 75 was already approved by huda these two bridge and 75 meter master road will make a ring road in which all G faridabad sectors exist .

hope that the prices of the land will appreciate soon as most builders r giving possession in coming months..prices are also not that high for example price of 150 sq yd villa is approximately 65 lakh which is quite cheap in comparison to other faridabad sectors..actual value should be approx 90 lakh for 150 sq yd villa..

Hi Ajay Ji,

We really appreciate GFWA effort to highlight this neglected area in front of top officials..That's why some light of hope is still there.
Please let me know if HUDA will start the work this year, as could not see this on practical ground, Tender process may take at least 6 months and there after rainy season till Oct'12, and then year end..

Thanks

dear piyush and vkbans,

how existing Tender Process is going==> Tender's Financial Bidding is Locked and and technical bid evaluation is under process.
- how many companies have applied for that==> No information yet.
- when approximate work will be started==Mar'12 end (as per current progress and HUDA admin'tor confirmation)

As per existing process after DNIT approval tendering takes normally 1.5 months (till awarding of tenders)

So hope that by march end everything will be settled down and some progress can be seen in that area.
