In order to avoid duplication of efforts for filling form, We previously explored option of specifying the membership number in transaction remarks, However each bank has its own convention, and these comments are applicable only for payee and do not appear in our bank records, Hence even with membership numbers, Users shall be required to provide a few details like Transaction ID, Bank Name, Date of payment, and Amount Paid in order to map the transaction with our account statement.
What I belive can be done is do divide the form in two parts - One for user registration - Which can contain user details, Apartment details etc. Basis this form we can generate membership number.
The second part of form can contain Membership number along with transaction details. Every time user makes transaction, He is only required to provide transaction details to the accounts team using the transaction form and we can trace the user details using membership number.
Any thoughts/comments or suggestions for improvement are welcome.
