बदरपुर से वाईएमसीए तक मेट्रो कॉरिडोर का निर्माण चल रहा है और बल्लभगढ़ तक भी मेट्रो जानी तय है। इसके साथ ही ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद और मास्टर प्लान के तहत डिवेलप होने वाले नए सेक्टरों को भी मेट्रो से जोड़ने की प्लानिंग शुरू हो गई है। मास्टर प्लान-2031 में मेट्रो कॉरिडोर को शामिल करने की संभावनाओं को शामिल किया जा चुका है। सीएम भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को मेट्रो लाइन से जोड़ने की बात कह चुके हैं।
नहर पार ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में 15 सेक्टर डिवेलप किए जा रहे हैं। इसके साथ ही ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के विस्तार के लिए मास्टर प्लान-2031 को अंतिम रूप देने की तैयारियां चल रही हैं। मास्टर प्लान-2031 के मुताबिक, 72 नए सेक्टरों का निर्माण किया जाना है। ऐसे में यहां रहने वाले लाखों लोगों को बेहतर ट्रांसपोर्ट की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराना बहुत जरूरी है। इसके लिए ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में भी मेट्रो का विस्तार करने की प्लानिंग की जा रही है। प्लानिंग के मुताबिक, इस लाइन को बदरपुर से वाईएमसीए तक बनाई जा रही मेट्रो लाइन से ही जोड़ने की तैयारी है। सेक्टर-11 और 12 के डिवाइडिंग रोड पर यह लाइन बदरपुर-वाईएमसीए मेट्रो लाइन से जुड़ेगी। सेक्टर-11-12 के डिवाइडिंग रोड से होते हुए यह लाइन बाईपास रोड को पार कर आगरा और गुड़गांव नहर के ऊपर से ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में एंटर करेगी। यहां से ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में डिवेलप हो रहे 15 सेक्टरों और मास्टर प्लान के तहत डिवेलप होने वाले नए सेक्टरों में इसकी कनेक्टिविटी की जा सकेगी। टाउन एंड कंट्री प्लानिंग विभाग ने मेट्रो को ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में ले जाने की संभावनाओं को प्लान में शामिल कर इसे सरकार के पास भेज भी दिया है। मार्च 2012 में जिस समय फरीदाबाद मेट्रो प्रोजेक्ट के लिए एमओयू साइन किया गया था, उस समय सीएम भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने बल्लभगढ़ तक मेट्रो का विस्तार करने के साथ ही ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद तक भी मेट्रो पहुंचाने की बात कही थी। डीटीपी संजीव मान का कहना है कि जब कोई नया एरिया डिवेलप किया जाता है तो वहां बेहतर ट्रांसपोर्ट की सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराना बहुत जरूरी होता है। इसलिए हम लोगों ने ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में मेट्रो लाइन पहुंचाने की प्लानिंग की है। सरकार को भी इसके लिए प्रस्ताव भेजा हुआ है।

Hum to ullu ban chuke hai... 1991 ke master plan ke naam par Huda ne pehle hi bahut loot liya hai (go and look for yourself the current pathetic state of development in Greater Faridabad).... Nayi pidhi ko bevkoof banane ki yai nayi sazish hai... I warn all the investors to stay away...Go invest in some genuine place like NOIDA/ Greater NOIDA/ Chandigarh etc.....

Hi,

I do agree with the fact that government has neglected this area to the extent possible and it is only with the efforts of GFWA that work has started. But, all said and done, thousands of people like us have chosen this area for our future and all of us have been making efforts to make it a better place to live. So, we should focus our efforts towards improvement and not on discouraging others and demeaning the area.

So, my request to all the forum members is to focus on more constructive things and work towards improvements and be participative when GFWA makes efforts for betterment of the area by way of protests etc. We all can together definitely make it a better place.

In Gurgaon builders looted buyers with rosy pictures that there will be high speed rail connectivity with Gurgaon-IGI-Dwarka-CP. However looking at the reliance infra's current state of affairs (DIAEL) there won't be any connectivity as proposed and marketed.

Faridabad will have metro connectivity parallel to NH2 and all who residing at NP should take Grameen Seva (Tata Magic in which haste haste kat jaye raste) to reach to your specific society. We are just hoping that sector roads are completed on time and we are able to reach our homes with luxury specifications. Shower cubicles and plunge pool will come handy after walking through the fields (if sector roads are not completed).
Realistically this another marketing gimmick to fool people and jack up the prices further.
Metro Ko Faridabad tak toh pahunchane do. NP tak chal kar/jogging/skating/dirt biking/off roading karke bhi chale jayenge

On positive note during last 6 months or so things have started moving and hoping that constant efforts on the part of GFWA and its members are yielding some results. Recently there are reviews and articles on Naharpar reality in leading daily nationals (might be paid or not) which is a good sign. Lets keep finger's crossed but please do not fooled by metro at NP, master plan 2031. Be realistic while investing.

every where on India builder s give rosy picture to jack up prices here in navi Mumbai some what 20 km from navi Mumbai a dusty village called ulwe where in the name of airport flat prices are hone up yo 5000 psf without any amenity

Here is some news about connectivity between Faridabad and Gurgaon by metro

Personally, I don't see this as a feasible route. Instead they should plan to spread metro in NIT area.

Another news to flee home buyers. In Gurgaon, KMP, NH8, DEW, Sohna road and Golf Course Ext are exploited by builders.

IN Faridabad, Neharpar is by and large exploited and whatever is left will last for another good 7-10years. Now Faridabad-Gurgaon will be promoted as hot destination with 5000-7000 psf in the name of proposed FBD-GGN Metro link along with master plan 2031.

Funny isn't it. I sincerely urge Govt. of Haryana to complete ongoing projects such metro, sewage, bye pass road, widening of NH-2 (at least within city on priority basis), water, PNG, electricity and roads along with storm water.
I am not pessimist but know the ground realities of Gurgaon and Faridabad both. God save innocent, desperate end users from nexus of Babus-Politicos-Builders-Brokers.

I agree with simple tactics used by builders to loot investors.
They start a new project on papers. Collect 30% before start of constn. Then they buy new land and start another new project with this money.

Govt should put a cap of say 2-3 projects per builder. They should not be allowed to start a new project till earliers ones r given possession.

Completion time should be fixed and heavy penalty should be enforced on failing builders.

Only then investors will get true confidence.

सीएम मनोहर लाल खट्टर ने बुधवार को समीक्षा बैठक में फरीदाबाद के लिए कई फैसले लिए। इन फैसलों से ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के मेट्रो से जुड़ने की उम्मीद जगी है। समीक्षा बैठक में सीएम ने ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टरों में मेट्रो रेल का विस्तार करने के लिए अध्ययन करने को भी स्वीकृति दी। इसके अलावा फरीदाबाद को साफ-सुथरा और स्लम फ्री बनाने के लिए मुंबई मॉडल की स्टडी करने को कहा। चंडीगढ़ से जारी प्रेस विज्ञप्ति के अनुसार, सीएम ने गुड़गांव - आगरा नहर पर बने पल्ला पुल को चार लेन करने और सेक्टर 62 में जिमखाना क्लब बनाने की मंजूरी दे दी है।

सीएम मनोहरलाल खट्टर ने बुधवार को फरीदाबाद के अफसरों और सांसद के साथ फरीदाबाद की विकास योजनाओं की समीक्षा की। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने आय के साधन बढ़ाने के लिए भी एक कमिटी बनाने का सुझाव दिया ताकि शहरी स्थानीय निकायों की आर्थिक स्थिति सुदृढ़ हो सके। सीएम ने बताया कि नीति आयोग की मीटिंग में उन्होंने राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र योजना बोर्ड को और अधिक मजबूत बनाने का मुद्दा उठाया था, जिस पर प्रधानमंत्री ने विचार करने भरोसा दिलाया है। सीएम ने कहा कि फरीदाबाद को पेयजल आपूर्ति उपलब्ध करवाने के लिए वह हर संभव प्रयास करेंगे। सीएम ने अफसरों को पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में खनन के कारण बनी झीलों में भरे पानी को पाइपलाइन के माध्यम से बड़खल झील तक पहुंचाने के लिए प्रोजेक्ट बनाने की मंजूरी भी दी।

सीएम ने ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में डिवेलप होने वाले सेक्टरों में बन रही डिवाइडिंग रोड को बेहतर बनाने के लिए और सेक्टर 46 रेलवे क्रॉसिंग के पास आरयूबी बनाने के लिए स्टडी करने को कहा। इसके अलावा उन्होंने पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में खनन के कारण बनी झीलों में भरे पानी को पाइपलाइन से बड़खल झील में पहुंचाने के लिए प्रोजेक्ट बनाने के आदेश भी दिए। सीएम ने बताया कि केन्द्रीय शहरी विकास मंत्रालय से कुतुबमीनार और बदरपुर स्टेशन के बीच 2018 तक मेट्रो लिंक के लिए आग्रह किया गया है। केंद्र सरकार से दिल्ली-फरीदाबाद रूट को सूरजकुंड और उत्तरी फरीदाबाद के किसी अन्य उपयुक्त स्टेशन से लिंक उपलब्ध करवाने पर भी बातचीत हुई। बैठक में केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री कृष्णपाल गुर्जर, सीएम के प्रधान सचिव संजीव कौशल, नगर एवं ग्राम आयोजना विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव पी राघवेन्द्र राव, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग के प्रधान सचिव एस एन राय, हूडा के मुख्य प्रशासक बिजेंद्र सिंह के अलावा नगर निगम के अधिकारी भी मौजूद रहे।

मेट्रो विस्तार के लिए केंद्र को लिखा पत्र

हरियाणा सरकार ने केंद्र से राज्य के लिए और अधिक मेट्रो लिंक देने की गुहार लगाई है। इसको लेकर मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर ने केंद्र को पत्र लिखा है। पत्र में फरीदाबाद और गुड़गांव, द्वारका और ईफको चौक, गुड़गांव के बीच मेट्रो संयोजकता, ईफको चौक से सोहना रोड तक मेट्रो का विस्तार, कुण्डली-सोनीपत तक मेट्रो का विस्तार और वाईएमसी चौक, फरीदाबाद से बल्लभगढ़ तक मेट्रो लिंक की मांग की गई है।

फरीदाबाद और गुड़गांव के बीच मेट्रो लिंक पर राज्य सरकार ने बताया है कि दिल्ली मेट्रो के चौथे चरण में वर्ष 2021 तक कुतुबमीनार और बदरपुर स्टेशन को मेट्रो से जोड़ने का एक प्रस्ताव है। हरियाणा ने केन्द्रीय शहरी विकास मंत्री से अनुरोध किया है कि वर्ष 2018 तक कुतुबमीनार और बदरपुर स्टेशन के बीच मेट्रो लिंक का निर्माण करवाया जाए। सेक्टर 21, द्वारका और ईफको चौक, गुड़गांव के बीच मेट्रो लिंक के संबंध में राज्य ने डीएमआरसी से डीपीआर को शीघ्र संशोधित करने का अनुरोध किया है। यह मेट्रो विस्तार लिंक न केवल गुड़गांव शहर और द्वारका के बीच सुचारू संयोजकता प्रदान करेगा बल्कि दिल्ली हवाई अड्डे के साथ-साथ दिल्ली मेट्रो की लाइन तीन के लिए भी संयोजकता प्रदान करेगा।

दिल्ली मेट्रो के चौथे चरण के दौरान ईफको चौक से सोहना चौक, गुड़गांव तक मेट्रो विस्तार पर हरियाणा ने डीएमआरसी से एक संभावित रिपोर्ट तैयार करने का अनुरोध किया गया है। यह सोहना रोड पर और दिल्ली के आस-पास के क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले लोगों को जोड़ेगी। सोनीपत जिले में कुण्डली तक मेट्रो के विस्तार के सम्बन्ध में हरियाणा ने कहा है कि दिल्ली मेट्रो के चौथे चरण के दौरान नरेला तक रिठाला-भवाना मेट्रो लिंक का विस्तार करने का एक प्रस्ताव है।

राज्य ने डीएमआरसी से अनुरोध किया है कि कुण्डली तक और विस्तार करने की संभावना रिपोर्ट तैयार की जाए ताकि दिल्ली मेट्रो के चौथे चरण में इस परियोजना को क्रियान्वित किया जा सके। वाईएमसी चौक, फरीदाबाद से बल्लभगढ़ तक मेट्रो लिंक पर राज्य सरकार ने कहा है कि केन्द्र सरकार ने पहले ही इस परियोजना को मंजूरी दे दी है।
