There was positive movement in road front as from BPTP bridge you car can directly reach ERA Redwood with minimal travelling on Tigaon road. This was through master road infront of Vipul and commercial sector 79. There is a kaccha rasta to cross one farmhouse intercepting the road currently.

The amount of maintanance charge i.e 2.60 per square feet is extremely on higher side.
Protest is required because builder is encroaching our rights.Its better we can plan a meeting to chalk out the startegy as early as possible.They have already charged a hefty sum in the name of enhanced EDC charges.
We are having lots of option including consumer court and all.We must fight for our plight.
