Previous meetings with Builder/STP /Authorities approached so far (preferably authority name/DD-MM-YYYY Numerous letters and E-mails have been sent to BPTP. No worthwhile response has been received.
The main issues are as below :-
1. No clarity by Builder on the possession date for the tower M.
2. No clarity by Builder on the status of infrastructure like water, road , electricity.
3. No clarity provided by Builder on penalty payment due to late delivery, inspite of giving a written letter approx 2 months back.
4. No clarity on the overall plan having green area, club, shops, shools as intially conceptualized when selling this project.
