Demand for payment of enhanced External Development charges (EDC) for RPS Savana

Rps is charging interest 15 percent from June 25 2011 to June 24 2012 there after they will consider this as late payment and will attract interest as per agreement

That is correct thing done by RPS. Govt. also charges 15% interest normally and with late payment, interest of 18% on EDC overdues.

Hi All,

I visited the RPS Site on last saturday 23 june and was disappointed.

See pics attached. if you could find a single worker there.

RPS is behaving like a tube light and at that moment it was again off and every time it get on and off. two months are gone.

if any one has any latest update on custruction status ?

We need to do some serious stuff on this front. other wise if it goes like this we will not get the possesion even next year end.

Hi All,

I have received the EDC refund amount of Rs 28783/- from RPS (Savana Project) for 2+1 BHK flat last friday, For me the enhanced EDC rate they have calculated was Rs 108.90.

I have also received refund of Rs. 34853/- from RPS (Savana Project) for 3+1 BHK flat yesterday..

Dear all,

I own GF flat (270 Sq. Yds.) in RPS Palms. Recently we received a demand of Rs. 168500.00 against enhanced EDC charges, which was paid within the stipulated time.

Can someone tell me the basis of this calculation, since I am not getting any response from RPS group. Also I understand that some owners of RPS Savana are getting the refund for the excess payment made on this account.

Has any one from RPS Palms also got the refund???

Hi Friends,

I am in the same boat like you guys , I got the enhanced EDC 173 per sq feet. I booked in May'2012 under subvention scheme. My due date is 16 Aug'2012 . But now they have added 173 more ie 150+173 =323 per sq feet.

I saw other people also got this letter as well .

1) Is any one able talk to era for extension to pay ? ( I sent email they extended for only 10 days)
2)Is some one got breakup on this .. they asked they can't provide.
3) Does any have contacts so that we can together work with them (google sheet)
