Dear All,

Its not unfortunate but annoying that Umang team had postponed the meeting which was supposed on 30th June 2012 to 14th July 2012 at Site i.e. at Faridabad at 11:30

I had a chat with them today and tried for some nearer date but its coming out to be 14th. One thing is good that they have agreed to meet us at Site so that actuals could be seen.

I will cc the email communication to all who have updated their email IDs

I did't not understand why they postponed the meeting, and what is wrong on 30 Jun, what they will achieved before 14th July,

Dear Guleria Saab,

Umang had not mentioned any specific reason, rather it appeared to me a time buying EXCUSE. It will be clear on 14th if respective departments of Umang like Management, Construction, Planning etc. are available on that day. If they are not, which I am presuming, it would be fishy. I think that they would represent by single responsible head and will try to subdue the conversation and agenda.

We would need good speakers and diplomats in legal terms. Is anybody an advocate or in Judiciary in Summer Palms?

Thanks for all the updates. I'm a new member in this forum and have a unit in tower B1. As per my conversation with Abhishek, I believe that the meeting which was scheduled for the 30th, has been rescheduled for the 14th of July at the site itself. I would love to be a part of this meeting.

This meeting is very important for all the flat owners of Summer Palm and everyone should be there without any miss. Also, if possible we can meet 0.5hr or so before the schedule timing and prepare ourselves well for the meeting. Please suggest.
