What will be the impact of this Judgment on Neharpar ?

I don't see any impact of this judgment on Faridabad. Faridabad is in growing stage whereas Gurgaon is in overkill mode. New constructions were approved by DTCP, HUDA in collaboration with greedy and powerful builders but thankfully, High Court has put a stay to prevent total collapse of Gurgaon infrastructure.

Would this judgement not benefit us in our case against HUDA???
After all the honourable court has taken a dim view of the activities and responsibilities of HUDA.
We can direct our lawyer to take cognizance of this judgement when pleading our case. The culprit in both cases is HUDA. I saw the complete coverage on TV and several RWA's have emphasized that HUDA has done nothing in Gurgaon too despite collecting thousands of crores as EDC.
