T-9 possession only at the end of 2013

Dear All
I have a unit in T-9, today spoke to Ms Jiya in RPS HO, she told possession shall be possible only in 2013 end. Why they are then showing on their site T-9 also as a part of towers planned for possession in 2012 end?? It's misleading. Surprisingly even after so much of noise on these issues through protest / Media etc, no Govt. agency entering into the picture to streamline.

Hi Zafar,

I have also invested in BPTP (The Resorts). I do visit their website, however, I am not sure that from where you see the possession status in their site. Please guide.

I have my unit in RPS, which has given a letter of possession plan on the Home page. I checked BPTP but I am sorry, could not find such information for their projects.

I have a flat. in T 10. They have made their office ont. The new contractor has taken over. T9 -10 will be handed over in byend of 13. water tanks arebeing constructed. 2 bed rooms are ready for possesion.

Hi, I am waiting for posession of my unit in T9. Has lot of apprehension regarding last poseesion demand.
1) Increase in supper area. Will increase also reflect in change of carpet area? or only common area.
2) Additional unknown demand
and most important
3) Penalty payment.
Can some one let me know what strategy they are following to counter the builder (RPS) management.
