Omaxe Heights Oscar Tower Possession Status

Hello,

Has somebody visited OSCAR Tower, Omaxe Height recently? Can someone please give idea of status of OSCAR Tower, Omaxe Height? Actually I am not in India and not visited since August, 2011.

Now Omaxe is saying, Possession of OSCAR tower will be rolled out from June,2012 end onwards tentatively. Earlier they mentioned March, 2012. Every 3 months, they push the date to next 3 months.

This is exactly the case with Piyush also. Every 3 months, they push the date of possession to next 3 months and they have been doing it for last 15 months.

Has anyone got possession for genex tower? I got offer of possession in April and was asked to deposite final payment due. I did the same in may and after that have never heard back from Omaxe. On contacting customer care they mentioned that they are waiting for registration to start for genex tower. That left me totally confused. Can anyone share their situation with genex tower possession? Thanks, Vikram

There are already 6-7 families living in Genex Tower, Omaxe Heights. Come and see yourself.
