Hello All,

I have a flat in Puri Pratham.

One question I have on the Enhanced EDC/IDC rates for pratham. Have all of the pratham buyers have given the Enhanced amount to puri ?

EDC Charged at the time of booking – Rs.158/Sqft
EDC increased Rs 158/sqft to Rs 366/sqft
Difference - 208/sqft
Rs 163/sqft charged at the time of 1st floor slab i.e 163x AREA
Rs 45/sqft to be charged at the time 2nd floor slab i.e 45xAREA

Can you pls tell whether the enhanced rate of 208/sqft is a correct calculation. I have a copy of EDC notice but from that its not very clear how to do the calculations.

can any one of you tell me the exact possession date, because We are paying the huge Emi"s and rent , it is a double burden .
If possession date is over, will they pay the interest.
