Ozone Park Meeting - 6th May

Hi All,

A meeting for Ozone Park residents has been scheduled at project site to discuss few urgent and important issues.

Faridabad residents may please contact me so that we can plan a visit on Saturday to sector-12 sales office of Shiv Sai to have some idea about their planning of offering possession.

Members may come with some calculation of revised EDC/IDC, if they have some input/data. As per GFWA meeting held on 22nd April,2012, for multistoryed apartments, refund should be of the order of Rs.40 per sq. ft.

Please intimate your mobile nos. as well to make it easy to co-ordinate.
If some one can email the excell sheet of addresses, which was circulted earlier, it will be fine.

Attached is the list of members who have confirmed their participation for proposed meeting of flat owners at OPA site at 11:00 hrs on 6th May,2012.(At 4:25 pm on 2nd May,2012).
We have three more days to go, some more people may join.

We were given final assurance that possession of atleast 10 towers will be given by April 30th 2012, however till now there is no communication from Shiv Sai Management. Members have been followingup with Shiv Sai on phone, emails, etc but there has been absolutely no response.

Requesting everyone to join this meeting.

Hi ,
If anybody has any clue about Status on possession of first 10 towers. It's been nearly 6 months but no one at Shivsai is bothered to even reply

Now I am in mood to go legal against them . Let us join hands and teach them . anyways I don't thing they are capable enough to manage authorities for completion letter. At least if transfer charges are waived off we can plan for another property . Neither they are giving possession nor we can sell due to these ridiculous charges

Please reply and let us compile all mails and letters sent to Shivsai by all of us which they have not replied. It will make a strong case in consumer forum

Dear All,

We have a flat in T-1 and have been writing/ calling Shiv Sai Okhla Office regularly for possession & revised EDC.

We have not got a single response to either of our queries. Instean, Shiv Sai sent us a Demand Letter with same EDC amount + additional 21K as interest.

We again wrote back to them with the signed DTCP order copy ( both via email & registered snail mail). This was through the months of June & July 2012 and have not recieved any response as on date. Looks like, we will all have to come together & camp at their office to elicit a response.

With regards to the transfer fees, it is mentioned in our contract with them. So where does this leave us legally, any thoughts?

Hi All,

I hold a flat in T-9 in Ozone Park. Anybody has any updated when they are intending to give possession for first few towers.
Also I visited the site last week and found out that in T-3 someone has started additional work like modular kitchen, painting and other renovations of house.
Such things can be done only either when u have the offer of possession or you have signed an affidavit with Shiv sai management to perform work without offer of possession.

Anybody has any idea on this. And any furthur meetings scheduled with the builder soon.

Dear All Ozone Park Apartment owners.
I have been in touch with the management of Shiv Sai every week and today they confirmed that they are sending across posession details for all towers except Tower 8 & 9 which are not complete.
As per them they recieved the clearence from HUDA last week to start posesion.
Do confirm in case someone recieves the Letter !! :thumb:
