Dear Dheeraj ji,

When I see this list there are two licences granted shown for Sector 88 for RPS Infrastructure.
400 LC-769A 2006 1029-1031 29/06/2006 RPS Infrastructure GH 49.02 Faridabad 88 RUHI FAR-88 RGH 28/06/2008

One Expired in 2008

and
908 LC-822A 2010 8 19/01/2010 RPS Infrastructure Plotted 19.98 Faridabad 88 RPS FAR-88 RPL 18/01/2014

other valid upto 2014.

The first one seems to be for Savana as its for GH(Group Housing Probably)

can you help me as how we can evaluate

Dear Jatin, yes you are right ! First one is for Savana with licence grant date in 2006, GH, Area: 49 acres and valid upto June, 2008.
