Piyush Heights Site Visit on 30th April, 2011

Member of Piyush Heights community visited project to take stock of ground realities:

1. Work is going on a slow pace. Every time we visit Piyush Heights, person there increases the possession date by 1-3 months. Now, he is saying only till August, they will be in a position to offer first possession for towers F, G & H.

2. At the pace that work is being carried out, we expect full possession of all the towers only by end of 2012.

3. Poor quality remains the concern. Inspite of assurances given earlier by Piyush Management that they will audit the quality.

4. Increase of 100 to 140% super area. People have got demand letters asking for extra amount of 10-15 lakhs for podim on 1st Floor. This is ridiculous. When people complained, they are saying now that they will look at podim issue at time of possession. Looks like they will follow same evil policy followed by other builders in Neharpar to proportionately increase super area for all residents.

5. Piyush Management is skirting penalty issue. They are saying that this will be looked at time of possession.
