Legal Action Update against increase in EDC charges

pl. let me know about the status of refund of excess amount of EDC charge taken by SRS.any one has idea about it.my tower is b5 in srs royal hills phase-i.what is the expected date of possession of b5 tower.

I called SRS one month back. They said that they will be sending refund letters within one week. But still havent got any letter from their side.

Is there any one from SRS royal hills members who got the much awaited refund letter.

now again govt has fLoated master plan 2031 to lootsloathsome more fools like us. canyon we pray thwarted court to implement master plan 1991 first then talk about 2031!

Dear Amitav, GFWA lawyers are doing what is required. But, Govt. lawyers and Builders Association lawyers are in collusion with each other and playing delaying tactics. On Court dates, either Govt. or Builders association senior advocate become absent, hence delaying the case. There is a reason why Arvind Kejriwal says that he does not want to go to Court. Because, he is aware of these dirty and delaying tactics played by Govt. in collusion with corporates.

The matter was started for argument today but after some time the Judge could not take the matter further being lengthy matter for arguments, as he was suppose to hear one another matter remanded back by supreme Court.

Now the court has kept the matter for 21st Jan 2013 for final disposal.

How are you meeting financial demands of this legal battle. Just passing thought can we not ask all the members to contribute 500-1000 once more.

On lighter note: we collect some money, pay to all the govt counsel and ask him/her to be present on particular date.

Thanks a lot, Aanand and Rohan ! GFWA is not short of money for fighting legal case, we are having adequate funds. Issue is that Courts in India keep on delaying the case on one pretext or another. It is very frustrating to see date after date.
