FIR against Piyush Group in Faridabad

FIR numbered 214 of 2012 in Faridabad (P.S. Bhupani ) under sections 420/406 is against Piyush Group for project Piyush Heights. FIR is filed on directions of Economic Offence Wing (EOW) of Faridabad Police on charges of taking excess EDC, increasing super area, selling common area like open parking, Podium etc.

This is a good achievement of the buyers cheated by Piyush Group.
Now the things are in the hands of Police Department and I hope the things will be favourable towards all buyers as this is 100% transparent that Piyush Group is cheating all buyers.

I agree with you Tulinder. Directors cum Owners of Piyush Group have been booked under Sections 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) and Section 406 (criminal breach of trust). On top of it, when harrased, cheated and victimized buyers of Piyush Group were meeting Commissioner and Joint Commissioner of Police in Faridabad to convery their grievances, these owners of Piyush Group got a false and malicious complaint registered and investigated against myself in Badarpur Police Station, Delhi (which is opposite Piyush Group head office). But, we, buyers in Piyush Heights were not pressurized by these criminal tactics of builder and carried forward to have FIR registered on directions of Economic Offence Wing. Even today, Piyush Group is harrasing, cheating and victimizing buyers in one way or another.

This is not just Piyush group, time will come when FIR may get registered against builders of other projects.

this really unfortunate, Dheeraj we are with you. now it's for piyush and I am sure in coming months all the builder of gf will be sued and also we will prepare forb the false case by them.

Thanks all for your support ! Just to make it clear that there is no case or FIR registered against me in Badarpur Police Station. It is just a false and malicious complaint lodged by builder for which police had done some investigations.
